In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,the safety of edible agricultural products has attracted more and more attention from all parties.The safety of edible agricultural products can not be fully guaranteed by relying solely on the spontaneous adjustment mechanism of the market.Effective government supervision is the last barrier to ensure the safety of edible agricultural products.The safety supervision of edible agricultural products is broad,multi-point,and heavy task,so it is a major difficulty in the supervision work.The county-level supervision department is the main implementing body of the implementation of the safety supervision of edible agricultural products.The effectiveness of the supervision is directly related to the people's dietary safety and also directly affects the government's image.This paper studies the safety supervision of food agricultural products in Tanghe County and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving safety supervision of food agricultural products in Tanghe County.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept and theoretical foundation of food agricultural products,food agricultural products safety supervision,etc..Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of safety supervision of food agricultural products in Tanghe County,and finds that some of the problems that have arisen are the lack of effective supervision,overlapping of law enforcement powers,weak supervision and weak technical inspection.The supervision system and mechanism are not perfect,the quality of supervision personnel is not high,and the equipment and funds for testing are lacking.Thirdly,the safety supervision experience of food agricultural products in Weihai,Shenzhen,Kunming and Zhengzhou,Xincai and Ye counties outside the province is reviewed and analyzed,which brings enlightenment to the safety supervision of food agricultural products in Tanghe County;Finally,it puts forward corresponding conclusions and countermeasures,establishes a scientific supervision model for the safety of edible agricultural products,clarifies the authority for the safety supervision and enforcement of edible agricultural products,optimizes the supervision team for the safety of edible agricultural products,improves theinspection and testing capacity of edible agricultural products,and improves the risk response measures for edible agricultural products.We will strengthen the security of food agricultural products and jointly treat them.This paper makes a preliminary theoretical and practical discussion on the safety supervision of food agricultural products in Tanghe County.Possible innovation points are: For the first time,the supervision area is limited to the grassroots level,and Tanghe County is used as a blueprint to conduct a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the safety supervision of food agricultural products in Tanghe County.This paper finds the main problems existing in the safety supervision of food agricultural products at the grassroots level,analyzes the causes of the problems,and gives some countermeasures to provide useful reference and thinking for the safety supervision of food agricultural products at the grassroots level in other places.
