Research On The Factors Affecting The Entrepreneurial Performance Of Returning Migrant Workers

In recent years,under the condition that the government encourages migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses,the "entrepreneurial boom" has replaced the "employment boom." Especially the development of e-commerce,some migrant workers solve the employment problem through e-commerce and start the first step of e-commerce entrepreneurship.At the same time,in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it also emphasizes the assistance of various types of market entities based on the new agricultural industry model of the Internet,speeding up the demonstration of e-commerce to go to the countryside and promoting the modernization of rural circulation.Home migrant workers 'e-commerce entrepreneurship has become the first choice for migrant workers.This paper investigates the entrepreneurs of returning rural migrant workers in Anxi County,Quanzhou city,Fujian province,collects relevant data by means of questionnaire survey and analyzes the factors that influence the entrepreneurship performance of returning migrant workers.To promote migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses,to improve entrepreneurial performance to provide countermeasures and suggestions.In the end,the conclusion is as follows: first,push pull force comprehensive action causes the returning migrant workers to decide to go home to start their own business.Secondly,the family economic strength of returning migrant workers has a positive effect on the improvement of performance.Finally,e-business entrepreneurial performance is an important reflection of the return of the older generation of migrant workers to the countryside to realize their self-worth.There are two innovations in this paper: one is the innovation of the research perspective.Based on the microscopic perspective,this paper divides the e-commerce environment into policy support environment,social atmosphere environment,science and technology culture environment,financial service environment and infrastructure environment.The second is the improvement of the performance measurement model.Because the research object of this article is returning rural migrant workers,its entrepreneurship scale is small,and it is impossible to judge its future existence cycle.Therefore,it chooses to abandon survival performance and only adopt growth performance.
