Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Urban Village Informationization

Resulted from urbanization,urban villages are the main places where villagers and tenants live and communicate in cities.The informationization of urban villages in Shenzhen is an integral part of the informationization of the city,and one of the main tasks of the transformation of urban villages in Shenzhen.By advancing the informationization of urban villages in Shenzhen,the transformation of villages in the city will be more efficient,the city's government will administer it in a more scientific way,and villagers and tenants in these villages will be more satisfied.This is of great practical significance for boosting urbanization of the city and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The paper researches the current status of the informationization of urban villages in Shenzhen by means of questionnaire surveys,field visits and looking up relevant documents,taking the area outside the original Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the city as an example.Based on the research,the paper elaborates on the current status of the informationization of urban villages in the city,concludes achievements that have been made in the process,analyzes problems existing in the process,and comes up with relevant strategies and plans.The main tasks of this article are as follows:1)The paper investigates the current situation of the informationization of urban villages in the area outside the original Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the city,and analyzes it from various aspects,including the usage of informationization infrastructure and tools,informationization planning,cognitive degree of informationization,safety level and expenses of informationization and so on,after researching four typical examples including the Bao'an District.2)It also analyzes problems and shortcomings in the informationization of urban villages in Shenzhen,after investigating the area outside the original Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the city by means of questionnaire surveys,field visits and looking up relevant documents.The main problems are insufficient planning,lagged infrastructure and inadequate investment.The original villagers and tenants' recognition of informationization needs to be improved,and informationization security also needs to be enhanced.3)The paper puts forward strategies and plans designed to solve problems in the informationization of urban villages in Shenzhen.Strategies include strengthening government leadership,improving infrastructure,introducing investment from various sources,enhancing information network safety,and intensifying publicity and education.It comes up with a plan for the informationization of urban villages in the Bao'an District,in an effort to provide a reference to the informationization of urban villages in Shenzhen or the whole country.The paper studies the current status and relevant problems of the informationization of villages in the city,based on first-hand materials and data acquired by means of questionnaire surveys and field visits,taking the area outside the original Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in the city as an example.On this basis,the article explores plans for the informationization of urban villages in the Bao'an District,and comes up with suggestions for the informationization of urban villages.
