BIANCO(Bureau independant anti-corruption)is an independent anti-corruption office in Madagascar.Fighting against corruption,the office has many mechanism and resources to achieve their goal,but among these resources the most important is his staff because it's a service firm.So they need to be evaluated their staff closely,to know their capacity and level,in order to define what they need to optimize their performance.Performance appraisal is the extent to which the employee perceives performance ratings,which reflect those behaviors that contribute to the organization.The focus of this research is to improve the quality of the personnel performance evaluation system currently adopted by Bianco not only for getting a maximum efficiency but also to make some innovation.So of course for this research,it's primordial to converse with BIANCO's team by using the questionnaire method firstly,and also doing some interview,and observation.In this paper,a deep analysis will be done to identify the determinant affecting employees' performance in Bianco,with data collected from those employees,with particular emphasis on how performance is viewed and measured in this firm.
