Human Resource Management plays an important role in the health sector by investing in employee development and commitment.In both government-subsidized and management paid frameworks(Hunter,2013a),HRM activities ought to aid in discovering the proper parity of labor force(Kunnanatt,2013)and the capacity of those professionals to operate successfully and productively.Additionally,getting to great quality social insurance administrations can be laborious for persons living in emerging nations like Sierra Leone since medical personnel and supply of resources may not be reachable or obtainable for such inhabitants.Human Resource in health division change is expected to progress the nature of administrations and patients'fulfillment and therefore a Strategic Human Resource Management is considered vital to health care in a down to earth setting,assuming a fundamental part in the achievement of wellbeing division change.This practice involves putting up effective systems to oversee self-motivated works that report entry into and exits from the wellbeing labor force and enhance the dissemination and implementation of prevailing health laborers.Key human assets depend on the acknowledgment that institutions could be increasingly successful if their human assets are controlled by human resource strategies and activities that convey the correct individuals with proper activities,the required skills and the important dimension of inspiration to the institution.This research study uses the socioeconomic characteristics of the respondents(health workers in Sierra Leone)to discuss Strategic Human Resource Management policies and practices that will ensure their overall wellbeing while obtaining the most efficient commitment from their work.It also reveals the intensities and sequence of the various challenges they are faced with in the dispensation of their duties.The study uses the socially created philosophy where numerous discussions,implementations and conclusions were drawn from quantitative data which was obtained through questionnaires administered to the respondents(health workers in Sierra Leone).The data obtained was statistically represented and from the observations gathered,a more strategic human resource practice based on the different areas of management was discussed.Kendall's constant of concordance was utilized to rank the means of difficulties that was presented to the respondents(health workers in Sierra Leone)in the questionnaires.Recommendations were given for the various stakeholders in the study area and for future research purposes.
