A Method Study On The Project Team Member Performance Assessment For Telecom System Intergration Industry

Project team management is a primary work of project management. It is the guarantee of achieving project objectives, improving project management quality and implement project management team member performance assessment successfully. This thesis focuses on specific conditions of system integration industry and telecom enterprises, sums up many methods and achievements of performance assessment, studies how to establish a performance appraisal indication system and how to implement performance assessment scientifically and effectively. It uses a variety of performance appraisal theories such as BS (Balanced Scorecard),KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and MBO (Management by Objective). It also uses some ideas of network planning and PDCA cycle for reference and makes the implementation of performance assessment more realizable and more practical. In the study it takes lots advantage of the existing literature, comprehensively uses research methods of comparison and classification, synthesis, analysis, induction and deduction, case studies and so on. The main contents and conclusions of this study will be helpful and referencing for project management teams to practice team member performance assessment and evaluation.
