| January 2014,the Party Committee and Government of Nanning made the decision to entitle the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Economic Development District with the administration of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee Wu Xu Airport economic district,which is the practice of "two entitlement,one group" and covers 120 square meters.The development of Wu Xu Airport economic district of Nanning City is considered beneficial for the improvement of Guangxi Region as it enhances the opening and providing the liaison within the area.Nanning City,as the channel to South-East Asia cooperation,will act more importantly in regards of regional economy and creates new growing points.At the moment,as Wu Xu Airport economic district of Nanning City rapidly develops,it also encounters common setbacks for airport economic districts nationwide including the under-developed infrastructure,imbalanced economic development,insufficient funds,which results in the infrastructure development being unable to meet the need of rapidly expanding economic growth,This essay adopts the methodology of combining theoretical and practical researches and aims at providing a planning scheme for Wu Xu Airport economic district of Naning City.This essay is based on current researches and theories and takes successful cases as its references.Through the event interview,field research and expert evaluation,the essay collects data and material regarding competence for analysis and forecast.With the results of analysis,the essay provides plans of financing balance and various designs for infrastructure project funding.The author hopes the essay could contribute to the infrastructure financing of Wu Xu Airport economic district of Nanning City. |
