Research On The Evaluation And Selection Of Third-party Logistics Provider Under Green Supply Chain

In recent years,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection,various environmental issues have received more and more attention from the public.The government regards "green development" as an important development strategy.And put forward the slogan "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".In such a background,many companies have joined the "green" concept into the development strategy of the company,in order to adapt to the market environment and meet the needs of customers.At the same time,in such an economic environment,more and more companies have been promoted to implement green supply chain management.In the green supply chain,the Green logistics is one of the key concerns of the company.For non-logistics companies,logistics business will consume a lot of resources of the enterprise,leading to many problems such as lower economic efficiency,higher logistics costs,weak core competitiveness,and poor environmental performance.Therefore,how to protect the green of logistics business in enterprises is one of the key issues that enterprises pay attention to in their daily business activities.With the rise of third-party logistics,more and more companies choose to outsource the non-core logistics business in the enterprise to other more specialized third-party logistics providers,and concentrate resources on the development of their core business.The implementation of such a development strategy by enterprises can alleviate some of the logistics problems in non-logistics enterprises.Therefore,this is very important for some companies that implement green supply chain management to choosing a third-party logistics provider that meets its own development philosophy and development goals and establish long-term cooperative relationships with them.Firstly,after analyzing the research background and research significance of this paper,the paper introduces the research direction of this paper,that is,the evaluation and selection of third-party logistics providers under the green supply chain environment.Then,the paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant research results.Secondly,it introduces the concepts,characteristics and applications of third-party logistics,third-party logistics providers,green supply chains and other theories.Thirdly,from the perspective of green development,this paper establish a third-party logistics supplier evaluation index system under the green supply chain,and the green level is put into the evaluation index system.In this paper,the trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to measure the index.Fourthly,based on the existing shortcomings of the third-party logistics supplier evaluation selection method,this paper using fuzzy complementary judgment matrix to determine index weight,fuzzy GRA-TOPSIS method to determine evaluation result.Fifth,Using the evaluation index system and evaluation method established in this paper to analyze the problem of W enterprise evaluate and select third-party logistics providers.Finally,taking W enterprise as a practical example to verify the rationality and feasibility of the fuzzy GRA-TOPSIS method.
