Research On Risk Analysis Of The Loss Of Core Talents In Enterprises Of M Company

With the development of the market economy and the talent market prosperity,M,as a State-Owned construction enterprise,whoes staff turnover reached 12%,core talent turnover rate close to 18%.In order to control the situation that more and more staffs turnover,need to analyze the cause of brain drain and make masure accordinly.In the paper,by taking the state-owned construction enterprises of M as the research object,investigates and analyzes the problem of loss of core talent in the enterprises of M,and comprehensively evaluates the risk factors of core talent loss.By using the method of questionnaire investigation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and expert interview,I establish a core-brain-drain risk assessment index model of M company.Then calculated the M company s core brain drain risk index is 37.86.The conclusion is that the M company's brain drain risk is relatively low,but close to the medium state and the stability of the main risk of loss to focus on job satisfaction index of the lowest conclusion,therefore,in the process of Suggestions and countermeasures for the design of the need to be targeted,From the level of job satisfaction decomposition factors to improve,so as to effectively prevent the loss of core skills of the effect of talent.According to the risk assessment results of the core brain drain of M company,in order to prevent the further aggravation of the core brain drain risk of M enterprise,the countermeasures of brain drain risk were proposed,and specific improvement measures were put forward from the aspects of enterprise culture construction,incentive mechanism,performance system and early warning system.
