Textile industry is a labor-intensive industry.The human resources of textile enterprises are mainly composed of general workers,and the numbers of technical talents and management talents are small.At the same time,under the influence of "labor shortage" and "Lewis turning point" of talents,the phenomenon of brain drain is relatively common in textile industry,which brings many problems for the stable development of the industry.XYFZ company is a private textile enterprise.Compared with large and medium-sized state-owned textile enterprises,it has defects of imperfect personnel management system and low salary and welfare.Talents are the key to the development of the enterprise and the promotion of its core competitiveness.The outflow of talent has brought adverse effects on the sustainable production and operation of XYFZ company.How to build a perfect management system and prevent the loss of talents has become the key to XYFZ human resource management.On the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant theories of brain drain,this study expounds the connotation of brain drain,taking XYFZ company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of brain drain of XYFZ company,analyzes the specific situation of brain drain,and analyzes the impact of brain drain on XYFZ company from the perspective of human resource cost,talent team stability and sustainable development of the company.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the influencing factors of brain drain,makes further statistical analysis from the aspects of salary management,performance management,career development,etc.,constructs the theoretical model of influencing factors of brain drain of XYFZ company according to the theory of planned behavior,and does path analysis of statistical data.It is found that the most significant reason for XYFZ company's brain drain is salary and welfare,while performance management,working environment,employee training and career planning also have a significant impact on the company's brain drain.On this foundation,we put forward specific countermeasures to prevent brain drain,such as the design of multi-level salary management structure,the improvement of performance appraisal system,the emphasis on employee career development and the construction of people-oriented company management system and culture.On the one hand,the results of this study can promote the level of talent management of XYFZ company,on the other hand,it can provide some reference forthe talent management and development of textile industry.
