After many revolutions in the information industry,from scratch,from weak to strong,telecom operators have grown into giant companies in just a few decades.Meanwhile,mobile phone and Internet have become an indispensable part of people's life.But with the rise of Internet companies,the traditional communication services and value-added services of communication operators are gradually shrinking.The role of communication operators in the information society is gradually being normalized.And with the end of China's demographic dividend,the three major telecom operators have shown a trend of sluggish growth.At this time,it is particularly important to develop packages and products that are more in line with market demands.In this way,not only existing users can be well maintained,but more new customers and new types of businesses can be developed with more preferential packages and better products.To sum up,the transformation from traditional communication operators and the development of new marketing strategies are undoubtedly the topics that guangxi L Telecom needs to study in depth.As a revolutionary information technology,big data technology,Communication operators with large and effective data can mine more commercial value of data,which will undoubtedly become a sharp weapon in the hands of communication operators.This paper combines theory with practice,and combines big data research theory with marketing theory.According to the current marketing situation and problems of guangxi L Telecom and the results of big data research,combined with the comprehensive analysis of applied big data research results,to improve the marketing strategy of guangxi L Telecom,the two aspects of improving marketing efficiency and adding high-quality value-added services are important components of this study.Taking guangxi L Telecom as an example,when the current communication operators are faced with great pressure of operating profit,it is necessary to analyze the old and inefficient marketing methods.Combined with the research and analysis results of big data,new marketing strategies and methods are implemented and interpreted in depth.It provides a reference for other communication operators to explore the application of big data,and also provides new development ideas for other companies that already have massive data storage.
