Agriculture is an important support for China's economic development, the accumulation of high-tech,human resources and other factors in rural areas has accelerated the process of agricultural modernization. The continuous advancement of land transfer has promoted the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry, improved the extensive and fragmented development model of agricultural production and management, and continuously improved the efficiency of agricultural output. At the same time,it has also promoted the continuous formation of various types of new agricultural management entities, leading the scale and accumulation of agricultural production. As one of the driving forces for the development of agricultural modernization, industrial agglomeration is affected by both positive and negative aspects.Positive externality plays an important role in optimizing resource allocation and promoting economic growth, while negative externalities can lead to cumulative effects of resource consumption and pollutant emissions, which have a negative impact on the economy and the environment. It can be seen that focusing on industrial agglomeration is an important issue closely related to the construction of beautiful villages. The development of agricultural economy is two aspects of development, both to achieve economic growth and to reflect green development.Sichuan's rich agricultural resources have good resource endowments in the development of agriculture. However, agricultural production activities have brought many adverse effects to the ecosystem while promoting economic growth.Among them, agricultural planting pollution is a prominent problem. The irrational use of pesticides and agricultural films not only seriously damages the soil environment, but also endangers the safety of agricultural products and the safety of drinking water, which is contrary to the development of green. Therefore,in the process of large-scale agricultural development and specialized management,it is particularly urgent to change the consumption of extensive resources, practice the ecological green concept, and promote the regionalization and professional development of agriculture.Based on the research results of agricultural industry agglomeration, the paper uses 21 cities(states)of Sichuan Province as a research sample to investigate the effects of agricultural industrial agglomeration on economic growth and ecological environment.Firstly, the paper uses location entropy to measure the agglomeration level of 10 crops in Sichuan Province from 2006 to 2016,and examines the dynamic trend of industrial agglomeration of 10 crops from the time series. It finds that in addition to sugar and tobacco crops, the industrial concentration of other crops in the Sichuan province is constantly increasing, and it continues to rise steadily. In terms of geographical distribution, characteristic agricultural products often have location advantages, such as tea, tobacco and sugar crops.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis, from the perspective of the positive and negative external effects of agricultural industrial agglomeration, the mechanism of industrial agglomeration on economic growth and ecological pollution is theoretically analyzed, and relevant research hypotheses are proposed. Finally, the GMM analysis method and the improved STIRPAT model are used to verify the hypothesis proposed above to examine the economic and ecological effects of agricultural industry agglomeration. The empirical results of the paper indicate: In terms of the economic effects of industrial agglomeration, there is a different curve between the agricultural industrial agglomeration level and environmental pollution of different crops in Sichuan Province.Among them, there is an inverted U-shaped nonlinear relationship between the economic development and crop agglomeration degree of six types of crops such as grain, cotton, oilseeds, hemp, vegetables and tobacco; There is a U-shaped nonlinear relationship between the concentration of sugar and tea crops and economic development; The relationship between the agglomeration of these two types of crops(medicinal herbs and fruits)and the economic development is significant linear negative correlation.Simultaneously, economic growth has a certain self-reinforcing mechanism, and the economic growth that lags behind the first phase will promote the later economic growth to a certain extent. In terms of the ecological effects of industrial agglomeration, the industrial agglomeration of different crops has different impacts on different ecological pollutions. In terms of pesticide pollution, the ecological pollution effects of crops such as cotton, oilseeds and vegetables are inverted U-shaped,while crops such as sugar, tea and fruits have U-shaped characteristics with ecological pollution effects, while food, tobacco and medicinal crops are linear relationship, while the relationship between hemp crops and pesticideuse pollution is not significant in this article; In terms of agricultural film pollution, there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between industrial agglomeration of cotton, oilseeds and medicinal crops and ecological pollution, there is a significant U-shaped relationship between sugar crops and ecological pollution, and the grain and vegetable crops are linear with agricultural film use.In addition, the relationship between four types of crops such as hemp, tobacco, tea, and fruit and agricultural film pollution is not significant in this article; In terms of chemical fertilizer pollution, there is an inverted U relationship between tobacco crops and chemical fertilizer use.The pollution of tea crops and chemical fertilizers is U-shaped,and 21 cities(states)are in a coordinated development stage of concentration and ecological environment. There is a linear positive correlation between oil crops and fertilizer use pollution, and the relationship between crops such as food crops, cotton and hemp and the use of chemical fertilizers is not significant. The ecological environment is a rigid constraint on the scale and speed of economic development, the level of economic development cannot be at the expense of the carrying capacity of the regional ecological environment. The mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the two has a strong theoretical and practical significance for transforming regional economic growth patterns. How to balance the relationship between economic growth and ecological environment protection is the foothold of this paper, clarifying the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the two can help to provide decision-making reference for transforming regional economic development mode.According to the research results of the thesis, the following main policy recommendations are proposed: further constructing and improving the agricultural modernization operation mode of Sichuan Province, cultivating the agricultural industrialization complex;Promoting the agricultural supply-side structural reform in-depth,rationally promoting the structural adjustment of the internal industry of agriculture;Vigorously developing the characteristic agricultural and agricultural production, and appropriately expand the production of advantageous agricultural products;Establishing and improving the rural plant pollution prevention and control mechanism, exploring the green development path, enhancing the participation of the people in environmental protection, and further consolidating the ecological environment foundation for the development of green agricultural products industry.
