Study On The Effect Of Agricultural Ecological Capital Investment

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's agriculture and rural economy have developed rapidly and substantially,and farmers' income has continued to grow.However,the traditional mode of production at the expense of natural resources and ecological environment has led to the deterioration of agricultural and rural ecological environment.Especially in recent years,urban pollution has been shifting to rural areas,rural production and living pollution has gradually increased,and rural ecological environment is worrying,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of agricultural and rural ecology,economy and society.At the same time,the investment level of agricultural and rural ecological environment governance is low,the effect is not obvious,and the stock of agricultural ecological capital is reduced.With the concept of "Green Water and Green Mountain is Jinshan and Yinshan" green development put forward,ecological construction is placed in the prominent position of social development.Whether and how rural "Green Water and Green Mountain" can be transformed into "Jinshan and Yinshan" of economic and social development will directly affect the implementation of the strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Agricultural ecological capital investment takes ecological construction and ecological restoration as the main line,pays attention to the development and utilization in the process of protecting "green water and green mountains",and transforms it into "Jinshan Yinshan" of rural economic and social development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of agricultural ecological capital investment on rural ecological,economic and social development to ensure the smooth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of strong agriculture,rural beauty and farmers' wealth.This paper takes the investment effect of agricultural ecological capital as the research subject.It relies on the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China,Benefiting Poverty Effect of Agricultural Ecological Capital Operation and Its Collaborative Mechanism with Precision Poverty Alleviation(Project No.71673302),and the project of National Natural Science Foundation,Evaluation of Investment Performance and Innovation of Investment Modes of Ecological Capital in Rural Revitalization(Project No.71: 804196)Extension and expansion.Firstly,the paper combs the relevant research results with the method of literature research.Then,by combining the methods of comparative analysis and normative analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the paper systematically analyses the mechanism of the ecological,economic and social effects of agricultural ecological capital investment,and tests the effect of agricultural ecological capital investment through empirical analysis,with a view to passing through agricultural ecological capital.This investment will promote rural development and provide a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for realizing the strategy of Rural Revitalization of strong agriculture,rural beauty and farmers' wealth.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part raises questions.This paper expounds the research background and significance;reviews the relevant domestic and foreign research literature,and comments on the existing research results;introduces the research content,research methods and full-text technical route;and finally puts forward the possible innovations and shortcomings of this study.The second part defines the basic concepts of agricultural ecological capital,agricultural ecological capital investment and agricultural ecological capital investment effect,elaborates the theoretical basis of ecological capital and other related to this study,and evaluates the existing theory.The third part analyses the realization mechanism of the investment effect of agricultural ecological capital and constructs the analysis framework of the investment effect of agricultural ecological capital.The fourth,fifth and sixth parts are the core content of this paper.The fourth part analyses the ecological effect of agricultural ecological capital investment.Firstly,the evaluation index system of rural ecological status was constructed,and the rural ecological status of different provinces and regions is calculated and analyzed by the method of comprehensive index of entropy weight.Then the PSTR model is used to analyze the non-linear structure of the ecological effects of active and passive investment in agricultural ecological capital.Finally,the spatial panel model is used to analyze the spatial effects of active and passive investment in agricultural ecological capital on rural ecology.The fifth part analyses the economic effect of agricultural ecological capital investment.Firstly,the evaluation index system of rural economic situation is established,and the development trend of rural economic situation is comparatively analyzed from the provinces and four economic regions.Then the PSTR model is used to study the non-linear impact of agricultural ecological capital investment on rural economic development from two different aspects: active investment and passive investment.Finally,the spatial effects of agricultural ecological capital investment on rural economic development are tested by using spatial panel regression model,and the spatial effects of active and passive investment on rural economic development are analyzed respectively.The sixth part analyses the social effect of agricultural ecological capital investment.Firstly,the evaluation index system of rural social conditions is established,and then the regional differences of rural social development are comparatively analyzed.Then the PSTR model is used to study the non-linear impact of active and passive investment in agricultural ecological capital on the rural social development indicators.Finally,the spatial correlation of agricultural ecological capital's active investment,passive investment and main indicators of rural social development is tested by spatial test method,and the spatial effect of agricultural ecological capital's active investment and passive investment on rural social development is analyzed by using spatial panel regression model.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect of the study.Based on the above systematic research contents,the main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,as far as the ecological effects of agricultural ecological capital investment are concerned,(1)active and passive investment of agricultural ecological capital can reduce the proportion of desertified land area on average and improve the quality of natural ecological environment.(2)Considering the spatial effect,the active investment of agricultural ecological capital is not beneficial to the improvement of ecological environment in general;the passive investment of agricultural ecological capital significantly increases the proportion of desertified land area,and the cross-regional differences are obvious.(3)On the whole,the non-linear and spatial effects of the active and passive ecological role of agricultural ecological capital have already appeared,and there are differences.At the same time,there is room for improvement.Secondly,as far as the economic effect of agricultural ecological capital investment is concerned,(1)the active investment of agricultural ecological capital will significantly and non-linearly promote rural economic development,but at a higher level it will be unfavorable to the rural economic development represented by the Engel coefficient.(2)On the whole,passive investment in agricultural ecological capital is not conducive to promoting rural economic development.(3)Considering the role of space,the active and passive investment of agricultural ecological capital has no significant impact on rural economic development.Thirdly,as far as the social effect of agricultural ecological capital investment is concerned,(1)active investment in agricultural ecological capital can significantly improve the rural social development at a high level,but at the same time it can also increase the population growth rate,which is not conducive to the substantial improvement of the rural social development.(2)The passive investment of agricultural ecological capital can significantly reduce natural disaster relief fees and promote rural social development only at a low level.(3)Considering the effect of space,the increase of active investment in agricultural ecological capital will not be conducive to the improvement of living standards of rural residents;the increase of passive investment in agricultural ecological capital will significantly reduce the development level of rural medical facilities,and is not conducive to rural social development.On the whole,the non-linear effects of active and passive investment in agricultural ecological capital on rural social development are obvious,but the spatial effects are not obvious.To sum up,there may be three innovations in this paper:(1)Studying rural ecological,economic and social development from the perspective of agricultural ecological capital investment is innovative and original in topic selection.At the same time,the analytical framework of agricultural ecological capital investment and rural development is constructed,which expands and extends the theoretical system of agricultural ecological capital investment and rural development.The existing theories on agricultural ecological capital investment mainly discuss the relationship between agricultural ecological capital investment and agricultural economic growth or green sustainable development of agriculture;most of the studies on rural development mainly focus on rural economy or agricultural economy or increase of farmers' income,rarely directly related to the relationship of the research between agricultural ecological capital investment and rural ecological,economic and social development.(2)The investment of agricultural ecological capital is divided into two basic types: active investment of agricultural ecological capital and passive investment of agricultural ecological capital.Current research on agricultural ecological capital investment mainly focuses on the connotation and function of agricultural ecological capital investment.Because the theory of agricultural ecological capital investment is still in the early stage of development and the statistical content and data of agricultural ecological capital investment are missing,there is little research on the estimation of agricultural ecological capital investment level.(3)Identification and verification of the non-linear structure of agricultural ecological capital investment on rural ecology,economic and social development;identification and test of the spatial effect of agricultural ecological capital investment on rural ecology,economy and society.The above analysis and research methods enrich the research on the investment effect of agricultural ecological capital to a certain extent,and provide reference for further research on the investment effect of agricultural ecological capital.
