The basic point of development is innovation,and the core of innovation is scientific and technological innovation.Knowledge,as the element of scientific and technological revolution and the source and foundation of innovation,plays a key role in the comprehensive development of national strategies and regions.As an important way of knowledge management,knowledge network has been paid more and more attention by universities,scientific research institutions,enterprises and other organizations.The knowledge subject of knowledge network construction can be natural person,organization or even region or country.As a region,the city has a pluralistic knowledge subject.Because of the formal or informal stable relationship between the subjects,the urban knowledge network is formed.Understanding the structural characteristics of urban knowledge network and analyzing the impact of its structural attributes on urban innovation performance is conducive to the construction of a sound urban knowledge network,which is advantageous to the innovative development of cities and the coordinated development of regions.Summarizing the current research on knowledge networks,it is found that the research on knowledge networks is mostly carried by enterprises,organizations and industries,while the research on cities is relatively rare.Only a small amount of literature is concentrated in the economically developed areas,such as the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin Wing and other regions,or the study of different scales of the national knowledge network.However,the urban network of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration mainly concentrates on transportation,industry,information and so on.At present,the research on knowledge network at home and abroad includes discussing the structural characteristics,the environment of network construction,the impact of network on enterprise performance,etc.However,there are relatively few studies on the quantitative analysis of the structural attributes of knowledge networks and the impact of its structural attributes on urban innovation performance from the functional point of view.Firstly,the conceptual model of urban knowledge network is constructed on the basis of in-depth study of knowledge network theory.Secondly,the five attributes of urban knowledge network structure are summarized from the overall level of network,network node level and network node relationship level.The specific indicators for measuring structural attributes and urban innovation performance are selected,and the rationale of structural attributes for innovation performance is expounded.Then,taking Chengyu city group as the object of empirical analysis,the paper collects data from 2009 to 2016,measures and evaluates the structural attributes of knowledge network of Chengyu city group based on entropy weight-improved TOPSIS model,and on the basis of the evaluation,uses the regression analysis of Panel Data to explore the impact of structural attributes on urban innovation performance.Therefore,the main contributions of this study are as follows:on the one hand,on the basis of the related research on knowledge network,the connotation of urban knowledge network is defined,the conceptual model of urban knowledge network is constructed,and a set of multi-attribute measurement index system of urban knowledge network structure is formed;on the other hand,Based on the empirical analysis of Chengyu city group,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help cities build a better knowledge network and create a more innovative atmosphere..Based on the analysis,the following brief conclusions are drawn:the development level of urban knowledge network in Chengyu city group is not coordinated,the regional differences are obvious,and the polarization is more prominent.The development status of knowledge network in Chengyu city group shows that the gap between the development of knowledge network in Chengdu and Chongqing shows certain fluctuation,while the gap between other cities changes more smoothly;the development of knowledge network in each city shows a fluctuating upward trend over the years,basically showing a"W"curve rising;Based on the five structural attributes of urban knowledge network,this paper examines the impact on urban innovation performance,and taking Chengyu city group as an empirical analysis object finds that theoretical hypothesis H3,H4 and H5 all pass the test.That is to say,the openness of attribute network,the holes of network structure and network links have significant positive effects on the performance of urban innovation,which can promote the development of urban innovation.Among them,the positive promotion of network links is the strongest,followed by network openness and network structure holes.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the innovation and development of the city from the aspects of giving full play to the"dual-core"effect,strengthening policy support,expanding open cooperation and optimizing the intermediary service system.
