In 2007,the National Urban System Planning(2006-2020),prepared by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,proposed the construction of a national central city for the first time.Up to now,there are a total of nine cities in the country that have official documents to support the construction of a national central city.The order of approval is Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Guangzhou,Chongqing,Chengdu,Wuhan,Zhengzhou and Xi'an.The state has set up a central city with strategic considerations.The fundamental purpose is to achieve regional coordinated development and for the overall progress of China's social economy.Radiation power is the most basic function of a national central city.Because knowledge city is the most important way for sustainable urban development in the future,knowledge capabilities are increasingly important for a city's sustainable development and competitiveness.This paper starts from the radiation power of the national central city,based on the urban knowledge ability,from the analysis of the action mechanism of the national central city radiation force,constructs the national central city radiation force model based on the urban knowledge ability,and then constructs the national central city radiation power two dimensions.The index system is measured,and Zhengzhou,a typical post-development national central city,is selected as an empirical research object to measure and analyze the radiation power of Zhengzhou City as a national central city and the radiation range to surrounding cities.By analyzing the economic first position,the first degree of knowledge ability and the radiation power of Zhengzhou and the surrounding five cities,and using the improved fracture point model to study the radiation intensity of Zhengzhou on the surrounding five cities and the radiation range change trend in the past five years,Zhengzhou has a strong radiating effect in terms of economic radiation and corporate radiation,but it is weak in terms of industrial radiation,human resource radiation,science and technology education radiation,and cultural radiation.Secondly,according to the measurement results,the constraints of the radiation force are analyzed,and the contribution of the city's knowledge ability to the radiation power of the national central city is further summarized.Finally,according to the research summary,the enlightenment and suggestions for strengthening the radiation power of Zhengzhou National Center City are mainly concentrated on economic hard power,transportation network,openness,cultural charm,education and science and education innovation,and talent attraction.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Exploring the mechanism and influencing factors of the radiation power of the national central city,constructing the national central city radiation force model from the perspective of urban knowledge capability;(2)Based on the radiation intensity of the national central city The model,from the perspective of urban knowledge ability,constructs two-dimensional national central city radiation evaluation index system;(3)By full considering the spatial spillover effect and space-time spillover effect of urban radiation,and explores the urban radiation of Zhengzhou from the perspective of urban knowledge capability.The range of forces is changing.
