If the management structure of an enterprise is a "pyramid" type,then the grass-roots managers are the base part of the structure.They not only need to convey the work arrangements and instructions from the superior leaders,but also give timely answers and reports to the problems and requirements of the subordinate employees.They also need to accurately arrange the production tasks of the team members to individuals,timely adjust the work content of the employees,and coordinate the progress of the production tasks.Grass-roots managers have the dual identities of managers and combatants.Their abilities have an important impact on the implementation of the plan and the realization of the goals of the company,which is closely related to whether the organization can create considerable value and benefits.Therefore,training and developing the management level and working ability of grass-roots managers are the urgent problems to be solved in human resource management of modern enterprises.At present,there are many uncertainties in the international economic situation,and domestic economic development has entered a new normal.Machinery manufacturing industry is facing the challenges of transformation and upgrading,adjustment and optimization of industrial structure.As the leading enterprise in the machinery manufacturing industry,the urgent task of K company is to fight many contradictions and risks by self-cultivation.As the grass-roots managers of "Taji",they are closely related to the core competitiveness of the company's market and the ability of sustainable development.Therefore,how to design positive and appropriate training programs and methods to enhance the comprehensive business level and competence of grass-roots managers has become an urgent problem for K company.Firstly,on the basis of defining the concepts of employees training,training system and grass-roots managers,this paper combs the relevant theories of grass-roots managers' training;secondly,it makes an effective analysis of the current situation of K company's grass-roots managers' training by means of questionnaires and interviews,and systematically introduces the purpose,subject,process,content of K company's grass-roots managers' training.Thirdly,combined with the questionnaire survey,it is found that the training of K company's grass-roots managers has some problems,such as single methods,low participation rate and poor transformation effect of training results.On this basis,the deep-seated causes of these problems are explored.Finally,based on the above analysis,it is proposed to increase investment in training work,improve the participation rate of grass-roots managers,and strengthen the training of K company's grass-roots managers.Measures such as the transformation of training results are taken to optimize the training system of K company's grass-roots managers.
