In recent years,with the deepening of reform and opening up,a large number of foreign and private capital have entered the petrochemical industry.The application of new technology,scale intensification,product diversification and high degree of automation have become the new trend of the industry.The high quality grass-roots staff is paid more and more attention.The qualified grass-roots staff in the petrochemical industry are required to master specialized knowledge and technology,have skilled operation skills,and be able to decisively deal with emergencies and various dangerous situations,so as to avoid secondary disasters and cause major losses.The current recruitment personnel of S company are mainly fresh graduates.How to transform a student into a qualified grassroots worker as soon as possible is a test of the training system of grassroots employees.The establishment of a scientific and reasonable training system that meets the requirements of enterprise development and can guide the smooth development of the training work of grassroots employees of the enterprise can not only preserve and increase the value of human resources of S company,but also have great significance for the development of the enterprise.This article through the literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and other way company S current grass-roots staff training present situation and existing problems,find S company grass-roots staff training system has many weaknesses,such as the company S inadequate demand analysis,training plan is not reasonable,training content and training teachers to meet the present situation,the training effect evaluation system is imperfect,and so on,these problems not only affect the company S for the efficient utilization of human resources,but also increase the risk of company S safe and efficient production.In this paper,combining the reality of S company,optimize the company S grassroots staff training system,completes the training needs analysis and optimizing,to regulate targeted at the grass-roots level training plan,optimize the training content and training of teachers,strengthen the training result evaluation,improve the system of rewards and punishments,perfect the grass-roots staff training system.It is proposed to establish and improve rules and regulations,strengthen the management's emphasis on training,combine the growth of employees with the needs of the company,increase training input and control training risks,etc.,so as to provide a guarantee mechanism for the optimization of training system for grassroots employees of S company.
