EC company held a Job Satisfaction Survey in which the training is an important issue. The consequence reveals that the staff’s degree of satisfaction in personal development is low. The training department therefore conducted an analysis and research in this matter, and finally concluded the poor training performance is due to training for the sake of training.The data in this article is from questionnaire survey of EC company.The author analyzes the means to raising the degree of the satisfaction of training through face-to-face interview since2013and referring to existing mass documentation on training system. In the end, the author provides respectively the detailed and concrete package solution in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training implementation, Training conversion, and Training effectiveness evaluation.The key point of this article is:Training effectiveness and satisfaction shall be focused on instead on training itself. This article is consists of8Sections. Section1sets forth the research background、meaning、frames and methodology; Section2sketches relevant theory and documents published; Section3briefly introduces EC company’s HR situation、training history、training system and analyzes the survey data, defining that the problem of the existing training system is with its effectiveness; Section4—7puts forward the recommendations for improvement in training system, respectively at phases of TNA、training implementation, training conversion and training effectiveness evaluation, and provides the package solution through3aspects:Why/Challenge/Suggestion. Section8is the conclusion.This article is in distinction from most training thesis. Firstly in research emphasis this article pays attention on the needs survey&analysis before training, and on the conversion&evaluation after training, putting forth effort to raising effectiveness and satisfaction of training. Secondly this article leads in PDCA on QA/QC and transplanting to raise effectiveness and satisfaction of training, and with linking theory with practice proposes the improvement program in training system of EC company.So as to keep staff professionalism&technology-leading, EC company should accomplish respectively the following works in whole training procedure. In TNA phase, training shall be carried out with closely connecting company strategy and departmental needs and distinguishing the order of priority to draw up a training scheme which could meet both the expectation of company and the needs of departmental position; and in the implementation phase, suitable training method is to be selected to guarantee the training effectiveness. In the conversion phase, adequate conversion time and back up from the line manager shall be available, the trainee shall be reminded periodically and information collected, meanwhile to summarize, improve, and prize. In evaluation phase, performance appraisal shall be completed thoroughly, the tracking table shall be ready, and process performance presented, to keep continual improvement.
