Research On Occupational Health And Safety Management Issues And Countermeasures Of YZ Thermal Power Plant

The report of the 19th CPC national congress put forward that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.One of the main features of the new era is that the major social contradictions in China have turned into the contradiction between the people's needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.The economic growth model that focused on economic development while neglecting people's lives and health is contrary to the original intention of the party to lead us in pursuing a better life and must be completely changed.Employee safety and health is one of the important contents of human resource management,which is beneficial to reduce the capital loss in the organization and enhance the stability of personnel in the organization.The organization makes necessary investment in the health of employees,which can ensure the stability of the quantity and quality of human resources and the normal play of labor efficiency,and is conducive to the improvement of labor productivity.The research idea of this paper is to find out the existing problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and give some countermeasures and suggestions based on the flill possession of health and safety management research literature,combined with human resources related theories and safety and health management related theories,through analyzing the current actual situation of YZ thermal power plant.In the research,it was found that YZ thermal power plant had prominent problems in occupational health and safety management,which were manifested in the following aspects:insufficient staff guarantee,imperfect management system,lagging construction of process and information technology,excessive noise hazards in the workplace,and violation of safety regulations by employees.The causes of these problems lie in the backward ideas of managers,the formalism of safety culture,the inadequate guarantee measures of enterprises and the lack of safety awareness and enthusiasm of employees.According to the existing problems and reasons of YZ thermal power plant,the Suggestions and countermeasures are as follows:to improve the attention of managers,to control and eliminate occupational health and safety risks at the source,to strengthen the organization and system guarantee and to strengthen the management of employees,and to classify and elaborate each aspect.The research methods of this paper include literature review,field investigation and case analysis.It is concluded that the work related to safety and health management implemented in YZ thermal power plant can basically meet the general requirements of occupational health and safety management,but there are still some outstanding problems that need to be continuously improved.Through the management problems proposed in chapter 3,cause analysis,and Suggestions and measures given in chapter 4,it is hoped to help YZ thermal power plant re?examine the current occupational health and safety management,further clarify the management objectives,and improve the management level.The innovation of this paper is to integrate the relevant theories of human resources management and occupational health and safety to form a theoretical framework of occupational health and safety management.Under the guidance of this framework,combined with the current situation of occupational health and safety management in YZ thermal power plant,which is a case stxidy of thermal power plant,the problems and causes of occupational health and safety management in current enterprises are sorted out,and targeted measures are put forward.Some attempts are made to improve the occupational health and safety management in YZ thermal power plant,and some guidance and reference opinions are also provided for other similar enterprises in terms of safety and health management.
