| With the proposal of the rural-rural integration rural revitalization strategy,the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is the root of the relationship between the national economy and the people's livelihood,and its emphasis is constantly improving.The government has continuously improved the introduction of new policies and increased support for rural revitalization from various aspects.Among them,the“moderate scale” of agricultural land and the “civilization of migrant workers” are the focus of rural reform in China under the new situation.A specific relationship between the two.With the full support of the government,China's urban-rural integration has ushered in a booming development.The domestic land circulation and large-scale rate have increased significantly.The ratio of migrant workers' choice to enter urban employment is also attracted by a series of factors such as urban dividends.Growing year by year.China's urbanization process andrelated security system are still obviously insufficient.An important reason for the backwardness of urbanization process is that the level of awareness in rural areas in China is low,and the implementation of policy guarantees is not accurate enough.Therefore,in order to improve the city It is particularly important to promote the process of urbanization,promote urban-rural integration,and increase the scale of agricultural land and the rate of urbanization of migrant workers.However,based on the current research,most scholars have stayed at the policy level and theoretical basis for improving the “moderate scale” of agricultural land or promoting the “civilization” of migrant workers,and have not dig deeper into the “secondization”.The intrinsic role and mechanism have insufficient guiding significance for promoting urbanization in the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the research status of moderate scale of farmland and citizenization of migrant workers,this paper will verify the stability of both the moderate scale of farmland and the citizenship of migrant workers through unit root test and cointegration test Granger causality.There is a coordination relationship and through the coupling model in physics,trying to find out the interaction mechanism between “moderate scale” and “farmerization of migrant workers” from a new perspective,and based on the connotation of the concept of coupling The correlation and coupling degree between “two” are verified,and the status quo ofChina's “secondization” region is analyzed.According to the analysis of cointegration relationship,there is a long-term two-way causal relationship between farmland scale and citizenization.Through the analysis of Granger causality,the one-way causal relationship between the two is obtained: the moderate scale of agricultural land in China cannot play a role in promoting the development of migrant workers' citizenization.The relationship between the two is not significant.Vigorously promoting the urbanization of migrant workers can accelerate the circulation of moderately large-scale agricultural land.For every 1percentage point increase in the value of the order function of the migrant workers,the orderly function value of the moderately large-scale farmland can be increased by 1.416845 percentage points.The results of coupling coordination analysis show that during 2003-2017,the coupling degree between China's agricultural land scale and migrant workers' citizenship is between 0.39 and 0.65,which is in a good coupling state.On this basis,we will explore the path of promoting the large-scale development of agricultural land and the new development of migrant workers,and strive to make a more detailed analysis of the combination of the scale of agricultural land and the citizenization of migrant workers,and to achieve a reasonable transfer of farmland to agricultural land.The large-scale and sustainable promotion of migrant workers' citizenship has important practical significance and provides a scientific basis forgovernment governance and decision-making. |
