The Research On Citizenization Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In The Integration Of Urban And Rural Development

As China's social and economic development and reform and opening up further,urbanization construction and modernization progresses,more and more young migrant workers into cities,gradually replacing the older generation of migrant workers has become the subject of migrant workers,their city workers,living and working in the city,although has a high cultural level and newer ideas,longing for city life,there is a strong aspiration of the people into the city with enthusiasm,but the reality of being affected by a variety of conditions hinder,not really integrate into urban society.Exclusion from social life outside the city,the new generation of migrant workers in the situation and the level of urban social life of the city economic development uncoordinated,hinder social and economic coordinated development of urban and rural,delayed the process of urbanization in China.Reference herein related research,theoretical research,empirical research and investigation method of combining,first in the perspective of the integration of large urban and rural development,according to the age characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,combined with push-pull theory and the theory of dual economic structure,It analyzes the current situation of the new generation of people of migrant workers and problems.Then through empirical research,from institutional factors dual household registration system,land system,social security system,the labor employment system,etc;the new generation of migrant workers from their own quality,urban life social interaction,urban social prejudice and discrimination,the city accommodated force,etc.Non-institutional factors influence a new generation of summarized some of the obstacles people of migrant workers face in the process.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for the problem:promoting the new generation of people of migrant workers hinder relevant institutional system reform,the new generation of migrant workers to improve their overall quality,improve the new generation of migrant workers in the social environment.The innovation of this paper is the integration of urban and rural development from the angle,from the "How do cities,countryside and how to do",the double perspective of migrant workers in the public process of analyzing the existing problems and causes.Meanwhile,the suggestions put forward in this paper will help to promote the reform of related systems,helps to effectively improve their overall quality of the new generation of migrant workers,to help protect the legitimate rights and interests of the new generation of migrant worker,contribute to government scientific decision-making departments to provide a reference,with a strong practical significance.
