With the deepening of China's economic system reform,the rapid growth of social and residential wealth and the increasing number of high net worth people,wealth management has become a new arena for all kinds of financial institutions to compete for market share in the process of transformation and upgrading,and its market scale is undergoing a new round of expansion.As an important participant in China's capital market,securities companies have been earning commission income through brokerage channels for a long time.However,in recent years,with the decline of commission rates and the increasingly light volume of transactions,brokerage revenue has declined dramatically,the traditional business model is unsustainable,and the transformation is imminent.In recent years,various securities firms have put forward the slogan of transforming to wealth management,with various modes and rapid development.However,as a whole,the wealth management system of domestic securities firms is not mature,and the transformation still faces many challenges.Taking H Securities Business Department as an example,this paper aims to explore the mode construction of wealth transformation in the securities industry,and find out the problems in the process of transformation,as well as the corresponding measures and measures.In this paper,the relevant literature at home and abroad,the concept of wealth management and asset allocation,portfolio theory,Merrill Lynch clock investment theory and customer relationship life cycle theory are studied.On this basis,by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the status quo,existing problems and causes of wealth management business in H Business Department.Through the comparison of various data,it finds that there are some problems such as low level of profit-making,unbalanced structure,imperfect cooperation mechanism and assessment system,and lack of personnel professionalism.Because there are deviations in concept,inadequate policy implementation,short time for housekeepers,insufficient familiarity with customers,unscientific cooperation mechanism,unscientific assessment system,difficulties in recruitment,and so on.In view of the above problems,combined with the current situation of wealth management business of H Business Department,this paper puts forward overall optimization ideas and practical concrete solutions,including introducing talents,accelerating training,scientific assessment,focusing on activity management,strengthening cooperation with headquarters and internal departments,rolling list management,enhancing customer relationship through customer activities,and improving scientific investment service system.In order to ensure the landing of various measures,corresponding implementation plans and supporting safeguards have been formulated,starting from the aspects of propaganda programs,collaborative division of labor,target decomposition and implementation,and overall leadership,focusing on human resources,financial support and IT adjustment.This paper points out the direction for the transformation of wealth management business of H Business Department,and also provides reference for other business departments of the company to develop wealth management business.
