Study On Influencing Factors Of Poverty Households Participating In Industrial Poverty Alleviation Project In Shanglin County Of Guangxi

As the main direction of poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation has formed a pattern of multi-stakeholder participation.Whether poor households participate in industrial poverty alleviation projects directly affects the effect of industrial poverty alleviation.Shanglin County,Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,is a pilot county for the project of cultivating entrepreneurship and prosperity leaders in poverty-stricken villages in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces.By using the platform of industrial cooperation between Guangdong and Guangxi,comprehensive construction of industrial poverty alleviation projects and establishment of multiple industrial poverty alleviation demonstration parks are carried out.However,at present,the proportion of poor households participating in industrial poverty alleviation projects in Shanglin County is relatively low,which hinders the promotion of industrial poverty alleviation policy and affects the process of poverty alleviation.Studying the influencing factors of poverty-stricken households'participation in industrial poverty alleviation projects is of positive significance for promoting the development of poverty-stricken industries in Shanglin County,improving the participation enthusiasm of poverty-stricken households and speeding up poverty alleviation.Based on the theories of anti-poverty,farmer's behavior and participatory development,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of poor households'participation in industrial poverty alleviation projects in Shanglin County,Guangxi,and concludes that poor households have weak subjective awareness of poverty alleviation,poor overall benefits of industrial poverty alleviation projects and poor households' participation in industrial poverty alleviation projects.In the difficulty and other issues.Using binary logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of poverty-stricken households'participation in industrial poverty alleviation projects,the results show that the educational level of poverty-stricken households,arable land area,the number of household labor force,loan capacity,the awareness of poverty alleviation effect of industrial poverty alleviation projects,the number of types of industrial poverty alleviation projects,the importance of supporting facilities,the strength of industrial rewards and subsidies,and the publicity of poverty all The strength of transmission and the effect of skill training have a positive impact on poor households'participation in industrial poverty alleviation projects.Based on the empirical results,the paper proposes to stimulate the endogenous motive force of poor households,improve the willingness to participate,improve the education and training system,strengthen the quality level and professional skills of poor households,strengthen the management of industrial poverty alleviation projects,enhance the driving capacity,improve the supporting facilities of projects,improve the risk resistance ability,and increase financial and financial support.Support,improve the participation ability of poor households,adhere to policy innovation,and establish a long-term mechanism for industrial poverty alleviation.
