A Study On The Effect And Influential Factors Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Beidianzi Village,Zhangwu County

Poverty is a common challenge for humanity.Although poverty reduction in China has made brilliant achievements.However,the situation is still facing major challenges,and should not be underestimated.In 2020,China will lift its population out of poverty.At present,the poverty situation of some people in our country is even more serious than imagined.The ability and willpower of poverty-stricken people to get rid of poverty are weaker.Since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core,has attached great importance to the fight against poverty,aiming to complete the building of the Xiaokang in all respects,in order to lift all the poor counties out of poverty and win the battle against poverty,and to give full play to our country’s institutional and political advantages,precision poverty-alleviation work has been incorporated into the basic national strategy.The "decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on winning the battle against poverty" advocates the development of special industries in poor areas,realize "one village one product,one village one characteristic".Therefore,in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of rural industry in the new situation,analysis and study of the specific problems of industrial poverty alleviation and proposing feasible solutions,both in theory and reality have great significance.On the basis of reviewing previous studies and field visits,this paper defines the basic concepts of poverty,industrial poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation effect.First,it expounds the regional economic theory,and then the low-level equilibrium trap theory,targeted poverty alleviation theory and industrial poverty alleviation theory.Secondly,through the field survey of Beidianzi Village,Alxiang Town,Zhangwu County,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on 150 beef cattle farmers,so as to obtain the basic information of industrial poverty alleviation work in Beidianzi Village.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the specific factors affecting the poverty alleviation effect of Beidianzi Village from three aspects: individual characteristics of farmers,family characteristics and external factors.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is obtained on the basis of preliminary investigation and analysis,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.According to the analysis results,the following conclusions are drawn: In the process of poverty alleviation of beef cattle breeding industry in Beidianzi Village,Zhangwu County,there are prominent problems such as prominent industrial structure contradiction,short and weak industrial brand,loose interest connection,disconnection between supply and demand of skill training,andinsufficient exchange and integration.Illness,education,lack of capital and labor force are the main causes of poverty,and a small number of poor households are lack of self-development motivation and lack of scientific and technological support;The main influential factors of the poverty alleviation effect of Beidianzi Village industry are the age of the household head of the investigated peasant households,the education level,whether the peasant households are fully engaged in agriculture,the number of times of peasant households’ participation in agricultural technology training,the situation of sample households’ labor force,the situation of sample households’ labor force engaged in agricultural work all the year round,and the main sources of family income.The factors that have no influence on the effect of industrial poverty alleviation are the gender of household head,the population number of sample households and the number of labor force of sample households.Based on this,the suggestions of this paper are put forward,that is,to pay attention to the construction of county-level poverty alleviation project database,to pay attention to following the law of market and industrial development,to pay attention to the complementarity of short-term and long-term benefits,to pay attention to the participation of poor households to stimulate the endogenous vitality of poverty alleviation,to pay attention to the combination of "fuzhi" and "fuzhi" to stimulate their own motivation.
