Research On The Development Of Mushroom Industry In Xixia County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy was first proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017.Since the implementation of the strategy,the "three rural" issues in China have been comprehensively resolved,and the rural revitalization strategy has achieved significant results,achieving poverty alleviation and prosperity for farmers.Industrial prosperity,as the top priority for rural revitalization,can provide economic support for agricultural and rural development and provide more employment opportunities for farmers.Therefore,rural revitalization cannot be separated from industrial prosperity.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2022 pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,develop rural characteristic industries,and expand channels for farmers to increase income and become rich.In recent years,Xixia County has responded to the national call to vigorously develop local characteristic agricultural industries,take the path of industrial revitalization,continuously optimize industrial structure,expand industrial scale,and promote local agricultural development.Studying the development of the mushroom industry in Xixia County,understanding the process of industrial development,identifying the current development difficulties,and focusing on addressing the causes of the difficulties are crucial for the subsequent development of the mushroom industry in Xixia County.The main research object of this article is the mushroom industry in Xixia County,and the main content of the study is the development of Xixia mushroom industry under the background of rural revitalization.This article comprehensively utilizes literature analysis,survey research,and data analysis methods,using regional comparative advantage theory,scale management theory,and sustainable development theory as the theoretical basis for research.After organizing domestic and foreign literature,the development of the mushroom industry in Xixia County under the background of rural revitalization was summarized,including agricultural development,history of mushroom industry development,and advantages of conditions.Based on questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted at the levels of farmers,enterprises,and government,the current development status of the mushroom industry in Xixia County was understood,and the problems in the development of the mushroom industry in Xixia County were identified,Specifically,it is manifested in: firstly,insufficient reserve of talent resources;Secondly,there is a lack of leading enterprises and brand products to drive;Thirdly,there is a lack of technological vitality in the cultivation and processing of shiitake mushroom industry;Fourthly,the professional cooperative organization of shiitake mushrooms has a limited role to play;Fifth,the government’s role is limited;Sixth,the coverage of green circular development is incomplete.By sorting out the above issues and analyzing the influencing factors,it was found that there are constraints on the development of the mushroom industry in four aspects:farmers,cooperative organizations,enterprises,and the government.Based on this,the author provides the following feasible suggestions for the subsequent development of the mushroom industry in Xixia County: firstly,strengthen the construction of the mushroom industry talent team;The second is to create leading enterprises and incubate well-known brands;Thirdly,accelerate the development speed of technological innovation;Fourthly,strengthen the strength of cooperative organizations;Fifth,increase government support and guidance;The sixth is to achieve the ecological development of the mushroom industry.
