| In recent years,affected by cost factors,many enterprises in the eastern coastal areas have begun to shift to the mid-west,where production costs are relatively low.Henan Province,as a large agricultural province in the central region,is endowed with low-priced labor force,and its geographical location,natural resources and traditional culture attract a large number of enterprises in coastal cities,as well as foreign businessmen and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan businessmen to migrate to Henan Province,and take root in local long-term development.Therefore,the academic circles pay more attention to the following issues concerning industrial undertaking.First,the problems exist in the process of industrial undertaking in Henan Province.Second,the current development situation of enterprises in coastal cities transferred to Henan Province.Third,the impact of the integration degree of enterprises and undertaking regional enterprises,government and financial institutions on undertaking regional economic development.Firstly,the paper sorts out and summarizes the related concepts,types and root effects of enterprise embeddedness,and distinguishes and defines the related concepts of enterprise embeddedness.The paper holds that the enterprise embeddedness is the enterprise from the perspective of industrial transfer.After being transferred to the undertaking region,the degree of connection with the economic,institutional,social and cultural aspects of the undertaking region.On the basis of research on embeddedness at home and abroad,the roots are divided into four types,including economic embeddedness,institutional embeddedness,social embeddedness and cultural embeddedness.Secondly,taking Henan industrial undertaking as an example,the paper analyzes the overall situation of industrial undertakings in Henan Province and analyzes the current situation of industrial undertakings in different industries.After that,37 industrial enterprises above designated size were selected as research objects,and the degree of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province was explored by using location quotient and industrial agglomeration index.According to the location quotient index,the mining industry location quotient index shows a decreasing trend while the manufacturing industry location quotient index shows an increasing trend.The industrial agglomeration index of various industries show that most industries are in the state of growth in the whole country,and the growth rate of labor-intensive manufacturing industry in Henan Province has exceeded the national average growth rate.This part also measures the concentration level of industrial undertaking in Henan Province by Herfindahl-Hirschman index and draws the spatial evolution map by ArcGIS 10.2.It can intuitively presents the temporal evolution characteristics and spatial evolution characteristics of industrial undertaking in Henan Province.Thirdly,from the perspective of industrial undertaking,based on the analysis of the current situation of industrial undertaking in Henan Province,this part from four types of enterprise embeddedness explore the impact of embeddedness on regional economic development.Based on the data from 184 enterprises transferred to Henan Province,the paper make an empirical analysis about embeddedness by using SPSS multiple linear regression model.The results found that the four types of enterprise embeddedness are positively correlated with regional economic development.Based on that,the impact of economic,institutional,social and cultural enterprise indicators on regional economic development is further studied.Finally,it summarizes the research conclusions of the paper.According to the conclusions of the previous empirical analysis of industrial undertaking and chapter V in Henan Province,relevant policy recommendations are made from four aspects of embeddedness. |
