| With the deepening of the degree of economic marketization in our country, the contradiction between "small farmers" and "big market" is becoming more and more prominent. At present, the value chain system of agricultural products still has a series of problems such as low efficiency and high transaction cost. The main purpose of the farmer’s professional cooperatives is to improve the competitiveness of individual farmers in the market and increase the economic benefits of farmers. This kind of economic organization is widely regarded by the academia as an effective carrier for small farmers to enter the big market. Farmers’ professional cooperatives are provided by farmers’ voluntary association, based on the use of large-scale advantages, for the majority of farmers to provide agricultural procurement, capital loans, technical support, marketing and other services, effectively solve the farmers scattered operations, inefficient, income instability. However, there are still some problems in the development of farmer professional cooperatives at present, such as low educational level of farmers and high transaction costs, which makes some farmers lack the enthusiasm to join farmer’s professional cooperatives. In addition, after farmers join cooperatives, most farmers have increased the income level due to the services provided by the cooperatives, but there are some farmers’ income levels have declined. Therefore, it will be of great practical significance to explore the specific factors that affect the income of farmers. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the related research literatures, this paper takes the professional cooperatives of Huiguo Asparagus in Xichuan County of Henan Province as the research object. Firstly, the interviewees of the cooperatives and the farmers in the community were interviewed. Secondly, the author uses SPSS22.0 software to analyze and verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and the survey results. Finally, the model of logistics analysis is established, and the factors influencing the willingness of farmers to join the cooperatives and the factors influencing the changes of farmers’ income are analyzed and demonstrated.Through the logistics regression model, the analysis of the willingness of farmers to join cooperatives is influenced by age, education and asparagus acreage. The changes in the income are not only affected by themselves, but also by the services provided by the professional cooperatives. Specifically, the higher the education level of the farmers, the higher the planting area, the higher the net income of the farmer’s asparagus, and the professional cooperatives of agricultural materials procurement, production management services, technical services, financing services and sales services can significantly improve the level of net income of farmers. Finally, based on the research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to attach importance to rural education, improve the educational level of cooperatives and optimize the cooperative services. |
