Forty years of reform and opening up,China's economy has been growing rapidly.Apart from policy is the main reason,investment pull has always been the most important factor.Continuous investment has created China's manufacturing capabilities that are now global.However,as the growth rate slows down,the consequences of overcapacity gradually emerge.Faced with an increasingly complex external environment,uncertainties are increasing day by day,leading to more intense market competition.Competition costs have become the most common means of competition for many companies.Cost control,the test is the management level of the enterprise.How to improve the order production capacity is the most direct form of performance improvement management.Therefore,research on the improvement of order production capacity is an effective means.This paper introduces the author's deep understanding of the industry status and development trend of switch complete sets of equipment in the enterprise's multi-year management practice,and has a comprehensive understanding of LD's position in the industry.Taking LD as the research object,there are many places in the marketing,production management,corporate culture construction,human resource management,etc.that need to be improved and improved.This article only proposes the need for improvement in the production management aspect that I am more familiar with.A special study focused on improving the production capacity of LD companies.Through this research,we will achieve the goal of improving production efficiency and reducing production costs,and ensuring a healthy and stable development of the company.The conclusion of this paper is that it is of common practical significance for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness through LD company's order production capacity improvement research and implementation of effective improvement.
