With the vigorous development of China's homestay industry,increasingly more investors are investing in residential developments in well-known ancient towns or scenic spots.It leads that the investment in the property industry is hot.In the developing process of the homestay industry,the development model of each place has a great relationship with the local cultural landscape,folk culture and historical heritage.Moreover,the capital also plays a role in starting and promoting.Moganshan Homestay is the leader of the development of China's homestay.Its development process is worthy of the study and reference especially the role of direct investment at home and abroad.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Studying the relationship between FDI capital supply and the development of the homestay industry by establishing a capital supply effect evaluation system that considers foreign direct investment.It indicates that foreign capital flows into Deqing County,which cause local economic development and further stimulates local consumption levels.The increase of local economic level and local consumption level can effectively promote the income increasing of local catering and accommodation industry and further promote the development of the local property industry.(2)Establishing an industry aggregation effect evaluation system that considers foreign direct invest:ment is to study the relationship between FDI and the property industry cluster.The research shows that foreign capital enters Deqing County,which leads to a gradual increase in the level of local service industry clusters.It enahnces the linkage between the local secondary and tertiary industries and optimizes the local industrial structure.As a result,it promotes the development of local service industries,and further promotes the increase in local catering and lodging industry income.On the contrary,the homestay will be clustering around Moganshan,so the concentration of the property will promote the development of the Moganshan homestay and bring intense competition.(3)Establishing a comparative research system on the cultural effects and management effects of foreign-funded homestay and domestic-funded homestay is in order to study the relationship between foreign-funded homestay and domestic-funded homestay.The research indicates that foreign-funded homestay drives domestic-funded homestay to form the environmentally-friendly architectural design concepts and business ideas.It promotes the construction of infrastructure in local homestay,and facilitates the transformation and upgrading of local homestay.Moreover,it forms a cluster of related industries with related enterprises,which promotes the entire industrial chain of homestay development.The research in this article combines international investment with the homestay,which not only provides reference for other scholars to study international investment,but also provides typical cases for other scholars to study the development of China's homestay industry.Hence,it has practical significance.Furthermore,this article explores the experience and enlightenment brought by Moganshan homestay,which can be used as reference for other local governments and homestay investors.
