Research On Evaluation And Development Model Of Village Tourism Development Potential

The development of scenic villages is the further development of Zhejiang province's global tourism and rural tourism in the new era.It has great significance to promote the development of economic transformation,realize the construction of ecological civilization and rural revitalization.However,with the step-by-step implementation of the construction work,there are also some problems in the process of creating scenic villages.First of all,the construction of A-level scenic villages has only acceptance criteria,but there is no definite limit.Some unsuitable villages for tourism development may blindly declare because of unclear understanding,and ultimately fail to pass the acceptance after wasting human,material and financial resources.The declaration of scenic villages is subjective and lacking of scientificalness.Secondly,the construction of scenic villages is to realize the rural revitalization,promote the sustainable development of rural tourism and the great development of global tourism,Therefore,the future development of tourism in scenic villages is very important.In order to make a reasonable arrangement,let villages with tourism development potential to declare scenic villages and avoid the blind creation in the actual process of scenic village construction,this paper try to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of scenic villages' tourism development potential.Villages are divided into five types: village based on town,village based on scenic spot,village based on industry,village based on environment and village based on culture and art.Also,it is suggested that some scenic villages should develop tourism clusters in order to realize the co-construction and sharing of infrastructure such as large tourist centers.For providing a more scientific method for the selection of scenic villages and provide reference and ideas for rational development of scenic villages.In the case study section,firstly,the paper evaluates the potential of 157 villages in Tangxi Town,Luobu Town and Yangbu Town through the comprehensive evaluation index system of tourism development potential,and a list of preelection villages is provided for the study of village construction.According to the comprehensive evaluation score,56 scenic villages were divided into three grades.Among them,there are six AAA scenic villages,16 AA scenic villages and 34 A scenic villages.Secondly,in order to avoid the tourism homogenous competition of small-scale scenic villages and according to the actual situation of 56 pre-selected A-level scenic villages in the study area,this paper suggests that scenic villages should be divided into five types: village based on town,village based on scenic spot,village based on industry,village based on environment and village based on culture and art.Finally,on the basis of studying the spatial distribution characteristics of scenic villages in the region,the Qujiang Riverside Waterfront Tourism Cluster and the Jiufeng Mountain Rim Tourism Cluster are proposed.
