An Emprical Analysis About Agricultural Scientific Input On Agricultural Economic Growth's Contribution In Shandong Province

Science and technology are the primary productive forces.The development of agriculture is inseparable from the support of science and technology.Agricultural science and technology can provide inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of agricultural economy.At this stage,as a developing country,China's agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate lags far behind that of developing countries,which severely limits the sustainable development of China's agricultural economy.Agricultural science and technology investment,as the main factor of agricultural science and technology progress,directly determines China's agricultural development and the improvement of farmers' income level.Shandong Province,as China's major agricultural province,has also carried out a lot of practice in agricultural science and technology investment.Especially at this stage is the key period in which the province is transforming the agricultural development structure.How to accelerate the pace of agricultural industrial structure adjustment and better play? The effect of agricultural science and technology input is an important issue that the Shandong provincial government must clearly resolve.The research on this issue will directly affect the development of the entire agricultural economy in Shandong Province.Based on this,this paper summarizes the relevant literatures on the relationship between science and technology investment,agricultural science and technology investment,economic growth and agricultural economic growth at home and abroad,and adopts the theory of new economic growth,mainly including the theory of new economic growth,Marx.The theory of technology development and Schumpeter's theory of technological innovation are the theoretical basis,and analyze the mechanism of the impact of science and technology investment on(agricultural)economic growth,paving the way for empirical research below.At the same time,this paper further analyzes the current status of agricultural science and technology investment in Shandong Province and the current situation of agricultural economic growth.It is generally believed that the level of agricultural science and technology investment and the level of agricultural economic development in Shandong Province are maintaining a relatively stable growth level,and 17prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province are selected.The 2008-2017 provincial panel data,select the agricultural production value as the agricultural economic development index,the agricultural machinery total power as the agricultural science and technology input index,and select the import value of the local cities,the average education level ofthe farmers,the government finance Four indicators such as expenditure and FDI are used as control variables.By constructing dynamic panel regression model and adopting systematic GMM regression analysis method,the results show that agricultural science and technology input has a significant positive effect on the level of agricultural economic development,and promotes the first phase.It is more powerful and passes the robustness test.By adding individual fixed effects,the paper finds that the total power of agricultural machinery still has a strong promoting effect on agricultural economic development,but the promotion of the original value of agricultural machinery has to be weakened.Finally,based on the relevant empirical analysis results,this paper gives the increase of agricultural science and technology innovation capital investment,improve the level of agricultural mechanization,improve the agricultural science and technology investment environment,expand the source of agricultural science and technology funds,improve the peasant's cultural level,enhance farmers' ability to use science and technology,and strengthen Shandong The provincial government's policy recommendations on the financial expenditures of agricultural science and technology and other four aspects,I hope to help the Shandong provincial government to better promote the development of agricultural economic development through agricultural science and technology,and better improve the living standards and happiness of farmers in the province.sense.In addition,the article further gives the future research direction.
