China strongly encourages the development of ecological agriculture. The tea industry, closely following this trend, transforms toward ecologization and tries to evolving into ecological tea industry.Farmers,in order to adapt to this transformation and meet the market's requirements of ecological products, have to change their existing planting patterns and develop new environmental-friendly patterns. The current situation of tea planting and how the planting pattern can be changed can be learned through studying the ecological planting willingness of the farmers and the influencing factors.Under the influence of both internal and external factors, farmers will be encouraged and stimulated to implement ecological development and plant high-price and good-quality ecological products in line with the initiative of ecological agriculture. Now,most studies focus on the development of ecological agriculture, tea industry development decisions and enterprise behaviors and are conducted from the industrial perspective. There are not many studies on the ecological planting behaviors of tea farmers.Pursuing ecological development of the tea industry is beneficial for farmers. For the entire tea industry, studying the ecological planting behaviors of tea farmers is meaningful because tea planting is the source of tea production.Transforming the planting behaviors on the ecological development track means changing from the source and fundamental part.Huangshan City is the largest tea-producing area in Anhui Province, and is representative of the tea farmers in Huangshan City.In light of the transaction costs theory, the producer behavior theory and the eco-man hypothesis, this thesis proposed four major types of factors influencing the tea farmers' decisions, namely essential characteristics of the farmer, production behaviors, ecological preference and government support.Under the four types, there are 10 factors,7 of which have an influence on the tea farmers'decisions, namely age, proportion of pesticides and fertilizers in the total cost, degree of tea farmers' concurrent business, operation scale, ecological awareness, price of ecological tea and ecological technology support. The results show that the total cost of pesticides and fertilizers, the degree of concurrent employment, and the support of ecological technology have a great influence on the ecological planting behavior of tea farmers.Combined with theoretical analysis, the decision of promoting the ecological cultivation of tea farmers is proposed from farmers and government.First of all,in the aspect of farmers, focus on the promotion and training of ecological knowledge to improve the ecological awareness of tea farmers.Promote effective replacement of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and reduce environmental pollution during planting.Strengthen the ecological management of soil, pests and diseases and tea plantation mode, and promote the comprehensive application of ecological planting technology.Secondly, the government has strengthened the government's incentives for ecological planting through local tea farmers' preferential policies and project support policies.Promote product quality traceability system to ensure the production process is safe and reliable. The ecological cultivation of tea farmers requires ecological knowledge and government policies.Green Mountain Qingshan is Jinshan Yinshan.Agricultural development needs to take the ecological road. The tea industry needs to change to ecologicalization.Tea farmers must adapt to production development and market demand, change to ecological planting mode, and develop tea ecological planting to take ecological agriculture road.
