Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Dongyuan County,Heyuan City

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China has vigorously implemented the rural revitalization strategy.At present,with the start of the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has entered a new stage of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Rural Revitalization,talent first.In order to realize the comprehensive revitalization of strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers,farmers are bound to become the most crucial and active factor.The professionalization of farmers is an important guarantee to provide high-quality labor force for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and the new professional farmers are the inevitable outcome of the professionalization of farmers.In 2017,Dongyuan County Heyuan City became a national practice and innovation base.The core goal of agriculture is to create agricultural modernization demonstration area and the first batch of national agricultural sustainable development experimental area with rural revitalization as the main purpose.However,due to such factors,the cultivation of new professional farmers in Dongyuan County is not so ideal,which will certainly affect the rural revitalization of Dongyuan County in an all-round way.Under this background,it is very important to cultivate high-quality new professional farmers for the modern agricultural development of Dongyuan County.Based on human capital theory and constructivism theory,this paper analyzes and studies the new professional farmers in Dongyuan County through network questionnaire survey and field interview.I start from finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.First is through the questionnaire survey,one-on-one interviews of dongyuan county new professional farmers cultivating,analysis of the current situation of government investment deficiencies have been found and the high cost of farmers unreasonable personnel structure and culture intention is not strong,the breed resources model,and the training content targeted not strong satisfaction is not high.Secondly,through the use of human capital and constructivism theory analysis,dongyuan county new professional farmers cultivation problems are the main reasons are relatively weak economic foundation,weak awareness of talent capital investment,lack of effective coordination of training resources and lack of scientific training system.Finally,in view of these reasons,countermeasures are put forward,such as establishing fund guarantee mechanism and improving management system,strengthening ideological guidance to improve the overall quality of the team,integrating effective resources to form cultivation force and establishing efficient cultivation mode through scientific planning,so as to help the cultivation of new professional farmers to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
