Lots of evidence support the influence of ethical leadership on employees’ behavior and attitude. However, there are a few studies talking about the social effect of ethical leadership. Actually, people’s job status would influence their social life, and vice versa. That is, ethical leadership would not only works in working space, but also works in social life. So, in this study, we concern about the influence of ethical leadership on employees’ social justice perception and life well-being, trying to explore their relationship and the mechanism of action.Regarding this theme, theoretical research and empirical research have been carried out sequentially. Secondly, according to the theoretical analysis and the reality of Chinese enterprises, we design a set of questionnaires and distribute them in companies in Hangzhou, Tonglu, Deqing, Tongxiang. At last, paired data are collected from 70 teams, including 70 leadership questionnaires and 276 employee questionnaires. Then, according to our research goal and research content, we use SPSS19.0, Amos17.0 and HLM7 to analysis data. After reliability test, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multilevel linear model analysis, several conclusions are summarized:(1) ethical leadership has significant positive effects on both employees’social justice perception and life well-being; (2) organizational justice perception could moderate the relationship and between ethical leadership and social justice perception, but it couldn’t moderate the relationship and between ethical leadership and life well-being; (3) job satisfaction could moderate the above relationship; (4) compared to leaders, employees consider ethical leadership similarly, the social effect of ethical leadership has stability. At last, we discuss the results above, trying to give reasons and possibilities, forming theoretical implications and political implications.
