The Study On Logistics Capability Integration Of Supply Chain In The Lg Mobile Phone Factory In China

Along with the more furious global competition, the competition between enterprises has translated into competition between supply chains. In the new environment, the modern logistics activities have exceeded the traditional warehousing and transportation, and broaden into the whole supply chain, so the study focused on enterprise logistics capability have extended to supply chain. The efficient logistics management can not only help the companies enlarge market, improve the level of customers'service, but also reduce the systemic cost, which it is also called "The Third Profit Source". The logistics management based on supply chain will make these functions more efficient by means of logistics capability integration.This paper, taking the LG mobile phone factory in China for example, by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, researches the supply chain logistics capabilities and elements, finds methods of logistics capability integration of supply chain, and evaluates the effectiveness of integration in order to help companies optimize their logistics capabilities.In the first place, this article discusses the motivation and significance of research topics, research methods and technical routes as well as the basic framework of the article. It also conducts domestic and international literature search from the logistics capability based on enterprise research and based on supply chain research. On this basis, the concepts of the logistics capabilities and supply chain logistics capabilities are defined and elements of the logistics capabilities and supply chain logistics capability are discussed.In the second place, this article discusses the concept of logistics capability integration of supply chain and integration methods. After defining the concept of logistics capability integration of supply chain, this paper proposes the method of logistics capabilities integration-3C method (Cancel Change Collaborate), Cancel means that work scope and elements, that overlap in the supply chain logistics horizontal and vertical parts of the operation nodes, are removed, Change is to change the application of existing models and work methods of logistics elements. Collaborate is to build the soft and hard elements and the entire supply chain integration mechanisms.Finally, this article analyzes the target of LG Mobile Phone Factory in China and advantages and disadvantages of supply chain logistics capability. It also proposes the method of logistics capabilities integration logistics capability and effectiveness evaluation system by means of 3C method from the supply logistics capabilities and distribution logistics capabilities.
