| Land is an important source of human production and life.On the one hand,we hope that rural land can be used for land circulation,realize large-scale operation of rural land,and promote the development of agricultural modernization.On the other hand,land that is expected to be uncultivated or unable to grow can be clearly defined by the certification of property rights,and the transfer of part of the land rights can obtain corresponding income.What is the degree of influence on the farmer's willingness to transfer land?This article takes Xiuwu County of Henan Province as the area under investigation,through questionnaire field investigation and interviews,and based on theoretical research,using SPSS 17.0 software to enter the logistics model empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the rural land ownership certification in Xiuwu County.The impact of farmers 'willingness to transfer land,The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The whole text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the review of related literature research,the research content,methods and technical routle s,and the innovation and insufficiency of the research.The second chapter expounds the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.The third chapter is the summary of the status of the right confirmation and transfer of land from three levels:the whole country,Henan province and Xiuwu county.The fourth chapter introduces the regional situation of the study and the descriptive analysis of the questionnaire.The descriptive analysis is carried out from the individual characteristics of the sample farmers,family characteristics,land circulation situation and land ownership cognition.In addition,It also puts forward the problems existing in the land right confirmation and land circulation in Xiuwu County.The fifth chapter is an empirical study on the impact of the right on the willingness of farmers to transfer land.Based on the Logitic model in SPSS 17.0 software,the regression analysis is carried out and the analysis results are obtained.Chapter 6 is based on all the above studies and analyses,and draws conclusions and puts forward countermeasures.The research results show that:(1)Long-term unadjusted land,the per-capita land area is seriously unbalanced.(2)Compulsory circulation of farmers 'land.(3)Most of the large-scale business entities are in a state of loss.(4)Farmers do not have a clear understanding of the ownership of land,and grass-roots govermments have not explained and publicized the work.The logistic model analysis shows that the "family annual income" and "land transfer price" have two significant control variables,and the two independent variables "Property awareness strength|?|land right support strength" and "land right effectiveness evaluation" have significant effects.In view of the above analysis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:Strengthen the publicity and interpretation of the right to determine policy,so that farmers correctly understand the issue of tenure;We will give play to the mechanism of village cadres 'transfer and strengthen farmers' support for the establishment of power.Adjust the uneven land area and improve the farmer's assessment of the effects of the right;Promote the perfection of the various powers of power,implement the establishment of rights,and increase the willingness of farmers to transfer;The non-farm employment of the agricultural population and the citizen of the agrieultural transfer population are recommended to strengthen the stability of land circulation;We will strengthen support for large-scale business entities and guarantee the income of rural households from land transfer. |
