Research On The Influence Of The Heterogeneity Of Key Common Technological Innovation Subjects On Enterprises' Technological Innovation Performance

Collaborative innovation of key common technology is a way out to solve the dilemma of low technology level in enterprises.By vigorously developing industry-university-research collaborative innovation,the key breakthrough of key common technology can be realized,and thus catch up with developed countries.However,because of the high complexity and uncertainty of the key common technology innovation,coupled with the heterogeneity between industry-university-research,the key common technology faces many problems in the practice of collaborative innovation.Based on the research of key common technological innovation subject heterogeneity,and enterprise technological innovation performance,this paper firstly divides the key common technological innovation subject heterogeneity into knowledge heterogeneity.The three dimensions of cultural heterogeneity and goal heterogeneity are divided into relation embedding and structural embedding,and it is suggested that the heterogeneity of key common technological innovation subjects can be expressed.The conceptual model of the relationship between embedding and enterprise technological innovation performance,and puts forward the research hypotheses of this paper on the basis of literature research;Through the questionnaire survey to obtain the data sample for empirical analysis,to test the key commonness of technological innovation subject differences.The influence of quality on the performance of enterprise technological innovation,and the moderating effect of embedding on the heterogeneity of innovation subject and the performance of enterprise technological innovation.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)knowledge heterogeneity has a significant positive correlation with enterprise technological innovation performance,while cultural heterogeneity has no significant impact on enterprise technological innovation performance;There is a significant negative correlation between the target heterogeneity and the technological innovation performance of enterprises.(2)embeddedness(including relation embedding and structural embedding)plays a positive role in the regulation of knowledge heterogeneity and enterprise technological innovation performance,and negatively regulates the goal heterogeneity and enterprise technological innovation performance;The role of embedding in the regulation between cultural heterogeneity and enterprise technological innovation performance is not significant.Therefore,high relational embedding and structural embedding can promote knowledge.Heterogeneity has a positive impact on the performance of enterprise technological innovation,inhibits the adverse effect of target heterogeneity on the performance of technological innovation of enterprises,and promotes the full use of the synergistic effect of heterogeneous resources,which is conducive to the promotion of the performance of technological innovation of enterprises.The conclusion can be used for reference to improve the performance of enterprise technological innovation and the practice development of key common technology collaborative innovation in China.
