Currently in the society,development has become know-how and information-dependent.As a core competitiveness,talents’ role in a corporate is increasing with prominent value.Being one of the most valuable methods to invest in human resources and cultivate core competitiveness,training has gained higher and higher attention.However,as an approach to validate,measure,and even intervene and control the employee training,corporate training result evaluation has not yet treated with equal importance,nor sufficient implementation,without bringing out the optimal results.Combining the current drawbacks and practice experience of the researcher,this thesis aims to study on the evaluation of training results of corporate employees.With the focus on the abovementioned topic,this thesis maps through recent studies,both in China and in foreign countries,and summaries the experiences on corporate employee training from the researcher and many other training professionals.In this thesis,various study methods such as contrast and comparison,analysis and summarization,case study,interview,etc.have been employed.It uses the 29th Executive Training Workshop of HN Group Training Center as the case for detailed analysis on the main issues and reasons concerning training result evaluation of the corporate employees.In addition,following the guideline and principle of a defined evaluation system,this thesis applies the Kirkpatrick Model as the fundamental theoretical and methodology basis,to evaluate on the five core factors for corporate employee training,including evaluation indicators,standard,assessor,time and result feedback.It also explores further on the training result evaluation system for the corporate employees,especially for the senior and executive management.The case study in this thesis provides practice-based validation and optimization on the proposed system.This thesis proposes a well-established and readily-implemented evaluation system.The system is not only applicable for 29th Executive Training Workshop in HN Group Training Center,of which training duration is rather long and with the main format being lectures,but also may provide reference for training on other management groups in the corporate.At the same time,when constructing the evaluation system,this thesis also defines four level-one indicators,eight level-two indicators and twenty level-three indicators.It specifies on the assessors on four evaluation dimensions,covering the time and focus on the feedback during the whole process.Based on the validation,it also provides evaluation tools such as Training Quality Evaluation Sheet and Training Result Follow-up Feedback.This thesis may provide references for both the concepts and application basis for training result evaluation of other management groups.
