S company is a Danish company specializing in the production of mining machinery.It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FLS Machinery Co.,Ltd.of Denmark and has customers all over the world.The company's mining machinery has world-leading technology and is used in many large coal mines and cement plants.With the continuous increase of global environmental protection,the supervision of mines has become increasingly stringent,which requires mining companies to use advanced equipment to reduce waste emissions.S mine machinery company orders more and more customers,meanwhile,the pressure of competition in the same industry becomes increasingly growing.In the competition in the same industry,in addition to the competition in the technical level,the most important thing is the price competition.If we want to gain advantages in the price,the main thing is to reduce the production cost.To reduce the cost,we must have a production process for the enterprise,a whole process of material and information monitoring and optimization.Value-based value-added management and control system based on value stream diagram can help managers to fully grasp the flow of materials and information in the whole process of product production,and use industrial engineering methods to analyze them to find out problems that can be improved,and apply the theory of lean production.Improve the program,and then improve the current production process,so as to improve the efficiency of the company.On the basis of fully studying the knowledge of industrial engineering and lean production theory,this article first analyzes the company's production status through on-site observations,data collection,etc.,First step is to find out the representative research object,then collect the relevant data of the product and draw the value.Stream the current status chart,analyze the value stream map to find out the existing problems,and classify the problems.Next step is to set up an improvement team to analyze the existing problems,propose corresponding improvement programs,establish improvement projects for the improvement programs that can be implemented,formulate improvement plans,draw value flow future status charts of products,and perform expected benefit analysis on the future flow of value flows.Establish a FLS value-added management and control system based on the improvement methods can be implemented.5S management,visualized management,standardized SOP,improved tooling,SMED,establishment of FLS pull-up production system and CIP in the value-added management and control system.Finally,evaluate the projects that have been implemented so far;by implementing 5S management,the site will be safer and more tidy;the production process will be more clearly managed through visual management,and the items will be placed more clearly;the operation procedures will be more clearly understood through standardized SOPs;Less man-hours;SMED shortens die change time,and the internal working time of the weld changeover mode is reduced from the original 39 minutes to the current 27 minutes;the delivery rate can be improved by establishing the FLS pull type production system.The improvement experience of Cone Crusher can be implemented into the production process of other products;through the overall improvement and implementation,the company can do more lean,and then shorten the delivery rate,increase production efficiency,reduce product prices,and improve company efficiency.
