Lean Production originated from Toyota Motor Corporation, the core principle is continuous improvement, eliminate all the waste to reduce manufacturing cost, improve product quality and shorten delivery time. The implementation of lean production can bring huge economic benefits, and establish short-term and long-term sustainable advantage to the enterprise, so, many companies chose Lean Production. However, the successful implementation of lean production cannot be simply copied, based on the theory of Lean Production, all the companies need to constantly practice and summary, and gradually establish their own viable implementation strategy.This thesis started with the analysis on the current situation of China, under continuous foreign capital outflow and slowly economic growth environment, by introducing the Lean implementation in S company, studied enterprises how to combine current actual situation, gradually and step by step implement lean production, in order to provide reference for the many other Lean enterprise.This thesis followed the sequence of “prompt problem- analyze problem- solve problem- case verification”. It started with detailed description of the current situation of S company, in-depth analysis of the problem. Next introduced the preparation for Lean promotion, included the adjustment of organization chart, Lean awareness training, Lean assessment system, Lean implementation strategy, etc. And then, from the establishment Lean culture and the implementation Lean projects to introduce Lean promotion process. The Lean culture establishment includes Lean class, Lean quarterly publication, reward system and improvement suggestion activity. The Lean projects include 5S, VSM, SMED, cross functional process mapping. And finally, summarize and prospect for the Lean implementation in S company.During the research, I found that the implementation of Lean have a great positive effect on improve existing operational way, combined with the actual situation to establish a suitable Lean implantation model and strategy is very important, it can fundamentally improve efficiency and enhance the company competitiveness. Especially in the slowing economic growth environment, Lean implementation is very necessary for the rapid development of enterprises.
