XX city state-owned capital investment and operation company in the actual operation process,by the scattered and disorderly state-owned assets and other factors,making the company's state-owned capital flow capacity is insufficient,the company's capital investment management efficiency is low.In view of this,based on the actual situation of the development of state-owned capital investment and operation company in XX city,this study adopts the methods of combining theory with practice,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis,and compares and draws lessons from the excellent experience of capital operation and management at home and abroad,launches the development strategy research of state-owned capital investment and operation company in XX city.This paper uses the methods of combining theory with practice,case study,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to compare and draw lessons from the excellent experience of capital operation management at home and abroad.Through the research of state-owned capital investment and operation,the research contents of this paper are mainly carried out in the following parts:Firstly,it summarizes the research progress of state-owned enterprise reform,state-owned capital operation platform and capital operation mode at home and abroad,and expounds the research results of state-owned capital operation theory,state-owned investment company assets operation model and strategic management theory.Then,using the field research method,combing the development process and present situation of XX State Investment Corporation;then using the questionnaire survey method to carry out research,get the problems existing in the development and operation of XX State Investment Corporation,combined with the actual situation of the company,draw the following main problems: first,poor capital operation effect,second,imperfect supervisionand management;third,insufficient incentive and binding force;fourth,lack of high level.Qualified professionals.Then,we choose the typical Temasek model abroad and the development model of China Cofco Group to make a comparative study,and draw some valuable lessons and enlightenment.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: Through the case study of the development strategy of XX State-owned Capital Investment and Operating Company,we can explore and find some similar reference opinions for China's State-owned Capital Investment and Operating Company.In the development of state-owned capital investment and operation companies,besides the support of the state in the legal system,they also need to establish corresponding effective countermeasures,such as improving the assets management structure of enterprises and strengthening the management of talents.It is hoped that the above conclusions can provide the path and direction for the development strategy of XX State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Company and stimulate the vitality of state-owned enterprises.
