With the increasing market competition,enterprises need continuous innovation to achieve healthy and lasting development.However,due to the increasingly specialized market division,innovation resources are dispersed among individual enterprises,and more and more enterprises begin to seek cooperative innovation.Cooperative innovation network can provide enterprises with rich innovation and market resources and help enterprises effectively enhance their competitive advantages.Enterprises with a core position in the innovation network have strong influence and leadership.The success or failure of the alliance depends largely on the leadership style of the core enterprise.Cooperative innovation is the process of interaction between cooperative members.The ethical and moral standards advocated by core enterprises and their ethical behaviors will all have an impact on the ethical atmosphere of the innovation network and the cooperative relationship between members.Therefore,this study intends to explore the relationship between the ethical leadership style and cooperative innovation performance of core enterprises from the perspective of virtual network organization,and analyze the moderating effect of psychological distance on the ethical leadership and cooperative innovation performance of core enterprises by taking psychological distance as the moderating variable.This study adopts the methods of literature review and empirical analysis.Firstly,on the basis of literature review on ethical leadership,cooperative innovation performance,psychological distance,etc,the core ethical leadership style is divided into moral justice leadership,role definition,power sharing three dimensions,the cooperative innovation performance is divided into relationship stability,satisfaction,innovation ability three dimensions,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between core ethical leadership and cooperative innovation performance with psychological distance as the moderating variable,and proposes research hypotheses on the relationship between core ethical leadership and cooperative innovation performance.This study selected representative enterprises in industries with a high degree of innovation as samples for investigation,and conducted an empirical analysis on relevant survey data with the help of statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0 and AMOS24.0,so as to verify the rationality of the theoretical hypothesis in this paper.The results show that moral fairness,role definition and power sharing have positive effects on cooperative innovation performance of relationship stability type,cooperation satisfaction type and innovation ability type respectively.Psychological distance has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between moral fairness,role definition,power sharing and cooperative innovation performance.The results of this study provide theoretical support for improving cooperative innovation performance and enhancing innovation ability,and have guiding significance for enterprises to select appropriate partners to carry out cooperative innovation activities.
