In the face of today's rapid social development,if many enterprises want to gain a competitive edge in the fierce market competition and occupy a seat,having a highly dedicated staff team is the key factor.However,how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation of employees so as to enhance their engagement is the issue that enterprises need to pay attention to when making employee training plans.Spiritual leadership,as a new leadership mode that pays attention to internal motivation,pays attention to employees' inner desires and needs against the background of corporate common vision,gives employees confidence,and thus has an impact on employee engagement.From the perspective of individual employees,when faced with the same spiritual leadership,employees have different degrees of recognition of themselves,and their engagement will also be difFerent.Therefore,employee self-efficacy may regulate the relationship between spiritual leadership and employee engagement.Based on relevant literature,the paper divides spiritual leadership into three dimensions:vision,hope/belief and selfless care,and takes employee engagement as a single dimension.The paper studies the influence of spiritual leadership on employee engagement and discusses the moderating effect of self-efficacy.The paper took 250 employees in Nanjing,Shanghai,Suzhou and Changzhou as the research objects,collecting relevant data by questionnaire survey method,and used SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the collected data.The research shows that spiritual leadership has a significant positive impact oin employee engagement.Vision,hope/belief and selfless care,have a positive impact on employee engagement.The sense of self-efficacy can adjust the relationship between vision and employee engagement,that is,the higher the sense of self-efficacy,the stronger the positive influence of vision on employee engagement.The sense of self-efficacy can regulate the relationship between hope/belief and employee engagement,that is,the higher the employee's self-efTicacy,the stronger the positive influence of hope/belief on employee engagement.The sense of self-efficacy can adjust the relationship between selfless care and employee engagement,that is,the higher the sense of self-efficacy,the stronger the positive impact of selfless care on employee engagement.Therefore,the management suggestions put forward in this paper are summarized as follows:Firstly,develop managersivision leadership style and inspire employees' engagement with great vision;Secondly,help managers to build hope and confidence in organizational vision and subordinates;Thirdly,create an organization atmosphere of selfless care;Fourth,employees with different sense of self-efficacy should be treated flexibly.Finally,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the research and puts forward the future prospects.
