| With the progress of science and technology and the development of the social economy,the new type of transportation of the high-speed railway has become one of the important transportation modes of the modern society with the advantages of fast,safe and comfortable.The construction of the high-speed railway has an important influence on the transportation level and the economic development of the area along the line.Its relationship with regional economic development is also an important issue in economics,urban planning and geography,as well as the attention and research of government departments.From the viewpoint of the optimization of accessibility,this paper studies the change of regional economic space in the region along the line of the high-speed railway,combining with the theory of traffic economy,the theory of location economy,the growth pole theory and the point-axis theory.According to the relevant theories in the transportation and regional economics,the related indexes and models of the accessibility and the spatial contact are selected,the relevant indexes of the regional accessibility and the spatial contact along the line before and after the opening of the high-speed railway are calculated and analyzed,and the visual segmentation map is output by the software of the ArcGIS10.2.and based on the change of the accessibility optimization and the spatial relationship,the change of the regional economic space pattern along the line of the high-speed railway is explored based on the change of the accessibility optimization and the spatial relationship,and finally,forecast and analyze the regional economic spatial pattern along the line after the new high-speed railway,and how to help with the help of high-speed railway to provide a reference for Heilongjiang's economic rise in the Northeast,the paper further enriched the empirical study of the effect of the high-speed railway on the economic development of the Northeast China.The results show that:(1)The change of the urban accessibility of the regional nodes along the line before and after the opening of the high-speed railway:the accessibility optimization level of each local area along the line shows the geographical distribution;the accessibility is greatly improved,and the regional gap is reduced;and the expansion of the economic circle in Harbin is obvious.(2)The spatial contact change along the line:the economic contact strength is greatly improved by the optimization of the accessibility;the difference of the economic contact strength of the region is obvious;The change of point-city location is different,and the main axis of spatial connection along high-speed railway is gradually formed.(3)The change of regional economic spatial pattern along the route:the growth pole effect is obvious,the economic status of Harbin is further improved,and the economic growth effect of Zhaodong and Anda is obvious;There is a phenomenon of reassembly in the space of the area along the route,and the synchro effect of the adjacent area is formed,and the high-speed railway economic belt is initially formed in the area along the line.(4)Prediction of the regional spatial pattern along the new high-speed rail line after the operation of the new high-speed railway:the core position of Harbin will be further strengthened,and the horizontal spatial connection axis will be further strengthened;the Mudanjiang will become one of the new cores of the region along the line,Shuangcheng.Binxian,Shangzhi are expected to become new regional growth poles along the route,there will be two high-speed railway economic belts and a multi-center network of regional economic spatial pattern.(5)Suggestions on regional economic development under the background of high-speed rail:we should continue to promote the construction of high-speed rail in the future;vigorously develop high-speed railway economic belt;pay attention to regional balanced development;and strengthen cross-regional cooperation. |
