Research On Upgrading Management Of N Bank's Core Business System Based On Process Reengineering Theory

With the further opening of the domestic financial market,the rapid development of information technology and the continuous improvement and improvement of regulatory requirements,the operating environment of the banking industry is undergoing tremendous changes.In order to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition,banks must constantly redesign their existing processes to adapt quickly to the changing business environment.For example,a series of management methods such as "customer-oriented",product innovation,management refinement and business process optimization are all important measures of process reengineering.The core business system,as the "engine" of the bank information system,is the fundamental support of the above measures.In recent years,domestic Banks have also completed or started the construction and upgrading of a new generation of core business system.Taking N bank as the research object,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the upgrading of its core business system by means of literature review,investigation and qualitative research.Firstly,the background and research significance of the core business system upgrade are discussed,and the process reengineering theory and bank reengineering theory and its development process are reviewed.Then,by describing the current situation of N bank's core business system,the existing problems are analyzed.And then through the domestic and foreign industry core business system development process and upgrade status quo research,learn from its advanced upgrade experience.Finally,based on the existing problems in the current core business system of N bank,and supported by the process reengineering theory,according to the positioning and upgrading objectives of the core business system,put forward the safeguard measures for system upgrading,so as to meet the requirements of supervision and improve its competitiveness.This paper is not only to solve a series of problems faced by the current core business system of N bank,but also to provide valuable experience for upgrading the core business system of small and medium-sized commercial banks with similar actual conditions.
