Research On The Spread And Influence Of The Soviet "planned Economy" Thought In China In The 1930s

In the early 1930s,the outbreak of the global economic crisis,the successful completion of the" First Five-year Plan" of Soviet Union and the increasingly serious nation crisis in China pushed the thoughts of 'Planned economy " into China.In the 1930s,the medias for diffusing were mainly current affairs and politics journals,Party organ journals and various professional academic research journals;the members for diffusing included journalists,communists and officials of the National Government,who visited the Soviet Union.These journals and members made a comprehensive introduction about the thoughts of "Planned economy"by discriminating the similarities and differences between "Planned economy”and"Controlled economy",unscrambling the relationship between planned economy of Soviet Union and socialism,promoting the superiority of planned economy and simply praising or disparaging planned economy of Soviet Union.This diffusion had an great influence on China.To a certain extent,it promoted most of intellectuals began to play full attention to Soviet Union and envy it,it also promoted them to firmly follow the path of planned economy.At the same time,some officials of the government began to identify with the planned economy.With the effect of this,the National Government established wartime planned economic system and gave top priority to the development of heavy industry.
