Study On Comprehensive Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Economic Growth Quality In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

China's economic development has entered a new era,from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.High-quality economic development is conducive to sustained and healthy economic development.Promoting high-quality economic development plays an important role in improving economic development ideas and implementing good economic policies.Xi Jinping mentioned this at the Economic Work Conference in 2017.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the quality of economic growth.This paper holds that in order to achieve high-quality economic growth,it is necessary to achieve inclusive growth on the basis of efficient growth.On this basis,the definition of high-quality economic growth should be strong and efficient growth,stable and sustainable growth,can improve productivity and conducive to social development of economic growth.Therefore,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of economic growth quality based on three dimensions: growth dimension,social dimension and environmental dimension,and integrates total factor productivity into the comprehensive evaluation system of economic growth quality to measure the quality of economic growth in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.At the same time,it analyses the evolution of the quality of economic growth in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,makes comparative analysis,compares the internal situation of the whole country and Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and compares the development of the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region.At the same time,based on the non-parametric method,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the influencing factors on the quality of economic growth.The results show that,firstly,the overall quality of economic growth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is on the rise,especially in Beijing,but there are still some problems: the efficiency,stability and extroversion of economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region fluctuate greatly,and the economic development is unstable;compared with the Yangtze River Delta region,the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not coordinated.Hebei lags far behind Beijing and Tianjin in health,education,income and environment.The overall quality of economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not as good as that in the Yangtze River Delta region.Secondly,We analyze the influencing factors and draw the conclusion that when the proportion of added value of secondary and tertiary industries is 97%,it has a certain promoting effect on the quality of economic growth.When it is higher than 97%,the promoting effect on the quality ofeconomic growth increases rapidly,and the promoting effect is more obvious.Fiscal expenditure has a positive effect on the quality of economic growth,especially when the proportion of fiscal expenditure to GDP is higher than 20%.At the same time,increasing innovation input is the premise that innovation output has a positive impact on the quality of economic growth.Financial development can change the impact of innovation output on the quality of economic growth.When finance is more developed,innovation output contributes more to the quality of economic growth.
