Talking About The Phenomenon Of "Rich Poverty" From The Supply Side

The discussion,research and practice on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization constitute the most eye-catching issue in China.Today,ethnic areas are still the main battlefield and decisive battle zone for poverty alleviation,and they are also the focus and difficulty of rural revitalization.The anti-discharge village of Taijiang County in Qiandongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province was selected as the main research object.Based on the professional disciplines of ethnology and anthropology,combined with the knowledge of economics,the poverty problem of the anti-discharge village was discussed.There are historical and modern reasons for the phenomenon of “reinforcing poverty”.Specifically,the performance is as follows: 1.Resources are difficult to transform into modern capital.Ecological resources have not transformed ecological products;cultural resources have not transformed cultural products.Second,the inherent shortcomings of economic development factors.Traffic congestion increases transaction costs;the closure of the geographical environment restricts the radius of people's activities;the economic structure alone limits the space for economic exchange;the lack of public services reduces tourism competitiveness.Third,the conflict between national concepts and modern business sense.The limitations of understanding caused by small farmers' awareness;the lack of consumption concepts cannot expand reproduction capital;the habits of health and ethnic customs.Fourth,ethnic education is out of touch with today's social needs.The education system is still flawed;education is out of touch with the mainland;local attention is not enough.Among them,the fundamental factor is the national concept consciousness,that is,people.In order to get rid of poverty,the anti-discharge village must overcome the constraints of the two major factors of economy and culture.The article finally reflects the anti-platform "village revitalization" road from the supply side perspective.Anti-discharge should move toward rural revitalization.First,activate the resources of“sleeping” and innovate cultural supply.Exploring the contemporary value of the native land,giving play to the cohesive force of culture;improving the consciousness of the national culture,consolidating the main position of the villagers;exploring newmodels of cultural products and enriching the construction of multicultural brands.Then,respect local traditions and update development concepts.Promote small-scale farming,maintain production diversity;update consumption concepts,expand reproduction capital;use local wisdom to develop ecological industries.Then,reform the education system and strengthen the supply of talent.System reform should adapt to local conditions,cultivate "local" talents;change local educational concepts and improve people's overall quality.Finally,improve infrastructure and strengthen public services.Optimize infrastructure construction with emphasis on transportation and communication;supplement public service shortcomings with medical focus;focus on strengthening rural entertainment facilities and service supply.
