In the context of the Internet era,while Internet companies are booming,they are also faced with two problems that cannot be ignored.The first is occupational health issues.In recent years,news reports about Internet workers' “overwork” have continued.High-intensity,high-load,fast-paced overtime work has enabled Internet employees to join the ranks of “eat youthful rice”.Second is the high turnover rate.The turnover rate of Internet employees has been much higher than the national average.This study explores the occupational health and turnover intentions of employees in the Internet industry.On the basis of combing the literature,it is found that the incentives for Internet employees' occupational health problems are not physical,chemical and work environment factors,but more work pressures.Therefore,this paper introduces the occupational health of the antecedent variable work pressure to participate in the study.This paper uses literature review and questionnaire survey to understand the current situation and existing problems of Internet practitioners in occupational health,work stress and turnover intention.The data is analyzed by SPSS and Amos software,and the mechanism of the three subdivision dimensions is deeply explored.The empirical analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)The more psychologically healthy,the lower the tendency to leave;(2)The greater the work pressure,the worse the occupational health level;(3)The greater the work pressure,the stronger the employee turnover intention;(4)Different individual characteristics have different impacts on employees' occupational health;(5)Different individual characteristics have different effects on employee's work pressure;(6)Different individual characteristics have different influence on employee turnover intention;Finally,this paper is from Internet management perspective.Targeted solutions are proposed to improve employee health,ease work stress,and reduce turnover.
