In recent decades,China’s IT industry has expanded rapidly and the demand for talent has also increased.Employees with excellent professional knowledge are very helpful to the development of the company.The IT industry is experiencing rapid technological innovation.The company’s requirements for the quality of its employees are getting higher and higher.Employees must not only concentrate on their work,but also have to pay attention to the emergence of new technologies and need to be quickly mastered.In this kind of work environment,the work pressure of employees has generally risen,resulting in resistance to work,resulting in job-hopping and turnover.The network is frequently burst out,due to heavy work and stres s die programmers.In order to understand the current situation of IT staff in Tianjin,the paper obtained data on the work pressure,job burnout and turnover intention of IT staff in Tianjin through a questionnaire survey.Clean up the collected data and use descriptive statistics to analyze the IT pressure,job burnout,and turnover intentions of IT employees in Tianjin;and three dimensions of job burnout:emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low achievement As an external source of latent variables,the two dimensions of work pressure are:external work pressure,endogenous work pressure and turnover intention as endogenous latent variables to construct a structural equation model.At the same time,work stress is used as an intermediary variable to explore the relationship between the three.Relationship.The results of the study show that only depersonalization and turnover intention are significantly positively correlated in the three dimensions of job burnout.Emotional consumption and low-achieving feelings are not significantly related to turnover intention.In the two dimensions of work pressure,there is a significant positive correlation between endogenous work pressure and turnover intention,and there is a significant positive correlation between the pressure of exogenous work and turnover intention.The relationship between job burnout and work stress:There is a significant positive correlation between emotional exhaustion,low-achieving feelings and work pressure,and there is no significant relationship between depersonalization and work stress.Emotional consumption and low sense of accomplishment have a positive effect on turnover intention through the mediating effect of work pressure.Tianjin employees’work pressure and turnover intention are both in the upper middle level and their job burnout is in the medium level. |
